This is a truly unique appointment for a strategic thinking Internal Communications expert to lead the strategy on behalf of a fascinating, entrepreneurial and global FTSE 250. As Head of Internal Communications you値l be responsible for devising, planning and implementing the communications channels and tools for a global audience . You値l ensure these channels are engaged with values and objectives, reflecting best practice for all users. In addition you will also be leading the delivery of the appropriate architecture that delivers two way employee communications and feedback. It will also be your job to manage stakeholder relationships; supporting executives and MD痴 and ensuring they provide a consistent message, whilst working with the Head of Public Affairs to integrate CSR and Charity sponsorships. To be considered for this role you値l have solid internal communications experience gained within a significantly sized organisation and be used to working with regulatory constraints. You値l be a strategic thinker, equally happy to roll your sleeves and have the desire to join a constantly evolving organisation. In addition you値l be a proven manager, with strong persuasion skills to see a task though to completion. Moreover strong writing skills are a must, as is leading by example. Above all you must be full of energy and want to be part of a cohesive team who believe in pulling together. For all of this you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary c. ｣65k basic, an excellent benefits package plus the opportunity to develop and inspire.
