    Paid Media Manager

    Fantastic B2C eCommerce clients Vibrant & supportive culture.   Part office-based, part-remote.  A creative, specialist digital agency in Bath is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their growing team. You’ll need to have hands-on experience of delivering Paid Social campaigns and ideally also Paid Search. The agency works with some incredible B2C clients who you’ll deal with on a day-to-day basis, from taking briefs to presenting results. The team is fun, high-performing, and very supportive, so if you’re looking to develop your career within Digital Marketing, this could be the place for you.   What you’ll be doing  As a Paid Media Manager you’ll work alongside the Head of Paid Social on all things planning and buying; making sure client campaigns are reaching the right people, in the right place, at the right time. You’ll be responsible for planning & executing innovative campaigns with the support of an in-house creative team, whether that’s driving direct response or launching new brands into the market. Your daily tasks include media planning, ad buying, optimising performance, reporting, and guiding agency-wide paid media strategy. What experience you’ll need to apply You have hands-on experience running campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager for B2C brands. Exposure to other platforms including but not limited to Snapchat, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising, Google, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok is preferable, but not essential.  You’ll have one or more years’ experience working with paid media (agency-side preferable, but not essential)  You’ll have experience running and scaling eCommerce accounts using Paid Social & Paid Search, and an aptitude for driving business growth.  Analysing accounts to achieve client objectives, utilising your knowledge, creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of results. Confidence with numbers & data analysis.  Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Attribution, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager are all highly preferred, but proficiency in every platform isn’t essential.  Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast moving industry and social advertising even more so, products change and adapt weekly and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact output.  What you’ll get in return for your experience   A salary of £25-32k is on offer, alongside some great company benefits. What you’ll be doing  You’ll be responsible for supporting clients with the development, deployment and management of online campaigns and their corresponding digital assets. destinations.  Using Google 360 and DoubleClick platforms, you will directly manage paid media campaigns and deliver them across social, search and display channels. I’m now working with a fantastic B2B business in Swindon as they look to hire their next Senior Digital Marketing Manager.  This is a fast paced and campaign led environment, where you will manage internal and external agencies to deliver multichannel digital lead generation campaigns and look to optimise and improve results all the time.   What you’ll be doing You will ultimately drive digital performance for key products within the business, defining and owning the paid and owned media strategy.  You will focus on lead generation, conversions, analyse revenue vs spend, and track key metrics across all campaign performance.   You will run large scale PPC campaigns across Google and Bing, managing both an internal and external agency on a daily basis to ensure results are on track.  You will lead on paid social, with social lead generation and engagement through key platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and retargeting networks.  You will also contribute towards the SEO strategy, create and optimise landing pages, A/B test, look at UX and CRO, as well as managing the affiliate and programmatic marketing strategy.
