    Paid Social Exec

    Exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Exec to work in fashion. Deliver the best Paid Social campaigns for two beautiful brands. Competitive salary and benefits on offer. I’m looking for an impressive Paid Social Exec to join the talented team of two highly regarded, premium fashion brands at their HQ in Banbury. As the digital team continue to grow at an unstoppable rate, this is a key hire for the business! What you'll be doing As Paid Social Executive, you’ll run high quality paid social campaigns end to end across all social media platforms, targeting specific audiences with tailored content. It’ll be down to you to grow the social media accounts through ensuring optimisation is delivered consistently while constantly analysing performance and looking for opportunities for improvements. This is a highly analytical role – you’ll conduct extensive data analysis of ads in order to make recommendations regarding which work best, monitoring the efficiency of campaigns in order to maximize results. You’ll also need to stay abreast of any new developments within paid social, monitoring trends across social media tools and platforms to ensure you’re always up to date with industry movements. What experience you'll need Experience working in a fast-paced digital environment – ideally within eCommerce, fashion and accessories, if not an interest in fashion and accessories is key.  Solid experience running complex, high-budget paid social campaigns. Knowledge of one or more bid management platforms will be very valuable. Strategic and commercially minded in planning and analysis. Previous display advertising experience would be beneficial. Numerate with strong reporting and analytical skills. Proven experience with web analytics packages such as Google Analytics.     Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media

This thriving eCommerce business is looking to strengthen their in-house Digital Marketing team off the back of significant growth in recent years. This is a really exciting opportunity to work across a range of digital channels and drive awareness, engagement and traffic internationally. What you’ll be doing Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across Paid Media, Content and Social. Paid Media will be a key part of the role, so the team would ideally like someone with experience in all areas, including Paid Social (primarily Facebook and Instagram, but also emerging channels such as Pinterest and Twitter), PPC (AdWords/Bing) and Display/Retargeting, however they understand there will likely be strengths in some channels versus others. This is a hands-on role and you’ll manage campaigns end to end, from planning through to testing, tracking, organising workflow and publishing approved content. You’ll also work closely with the wider marketing team to create engaging SEO optimised content tailored to specific audiences and design conversion funnels to understand audience habits and improve reach and conversions. Another focus will be influencer marketing – you’ll manage relationships from initial outreach with the view of generating awareness of products and turning influencers into brand ambassadors. There’s a real team focus here and a non-corporate, relaxed culture which means you can make a genuine impact and drive positive change without the red tape of a larger business. What experience you’ll need Proven track record creating and implementing Paid Media, Social and Content strategies. End to end Paid Media experience across Paid Social/PPC/Display is absolutely key. Strong analytical ability to continually assess campaign success and use this information to tailor your overarching strategy.  Solid understanding of wider digital channels (such as SEO, Affiliates etc) and their importance in relation to Paid Media. Comfortable using an array of digital platforms including Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics as well as being able to pick up new software quickly to assess campaign performance. Experience in an eCommerce setting would be ideal but is not essential. Adaptable, self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.     Paid Media Marketing Manager

    Opportunity to own Paid Media marketing strategy. Key role within a high-performing team.  Established specialist Publisher. This role would be suited to a paid media expert with the desire to join passionate and dedicated company at the forefront of their industry. You will need to be well versed in launching, running and optimising campaigns across both paid search & paid social platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. .  What you’ll be doing As part of the Researcher Marketing team, and reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Paid Media Marketing Manager has overall responsibility for design, development and implementation of all paid media campaigns for a portfolio of 200+ journals.  You’ll also have ownership of the paid media budget, ensuring it is utilised to best effect by planning and optimising paid campaigns that support the business goals of driving submissions, widely broadcasting content, and reaching new, relevant audiences.  Paid media is already a strong conversion channel for this company, but they want to take it to the next level, so the Paid Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for transforming the Marketing team’s overall product and customer strategies into a combination of both paid search & paid social marketing campaigns. What experience you’ll need to apply Significant experience in running and managing paid search & paid social campaigns.
