ADLIB Digital Portfolio Guide
For almost 15 years, ADLIB has immersed itself in the creative sector. During that time, we’ve seen monumental change and staggering growth for the industry. The landscape has changed substantially over the years and with each year come new trends, new ways of doing things and emerging technologies that help propel the industry into the future. It’s proven to be a fast moving market and incredibly rewarding to be a part of.
Our job is to marry the best in creative talent with all manner of businesses across the South of England. From boutique to multinational creative agencies to in-house design teams within some of the world’s most recognised brands. Each and every one of these businesses has their own creative identity and in turn unique creative needs. It’s a world of opportunity out there and more than ever it’s important that as a creative, you’re able to stand out from the crowd and be heard, this starts with the portfolio.
Here at ADLIB, we see hundreds of portfolios each week. We’re graced with amazing work from creatives of all backgrounds; digital, packaging, brand, advertising and everything in between.
Over the years, we’ve learnt what makes a good portfolio. We talk to Creative Directors and Design Managers on a daily basis and understand what’s needed to grab their attention. As part of a much larger conversation, we wanted to offer our guidance on some of the fundamentals; the basics of how to showcase your work and what to include.
In what we hope is the first of many in this series, we’ve shared our knowledge of what helps to make a good design portfolio in the digital space with our ‘Digital Portfolio Guide’.
Our knowledge is your knowledge so please take a look, share and let us know what you think.
Here it is, free to access and download of course.
