Agency Contractor Guide (SW)

It’s fair to say it’s busy times right now in agency land and there’s no immediate sign that things will be slowing down anytime soon. Good news for us here at ADLIB – We have the pleasure of working with some of the finest agencies the South West has to offer, creating teams and shaping futures.

Throughout the past year or so, there has been a noticeable increase in demand for contractors in all forms, whether it be within digital project management or integrated client services. Contractors have proven to be invaluable to so many teams, helping meet deadlines and supporting agencies reach their full potential, they really do take the pressure off permanent staff and help to exceed client expectations.

Due to this increase in demand, we thought it would be useful to put together an Agency Contractor Guide (South West), to lend a helping hand.

This guide is based on the knowledge that we’ve collected over the past year, which includes suggested day rates for a variety of roles (please keep in mind that these can differ case by case) and our top 5 tips on how best to work with your contractors.

The tips are for those hiring freelancers, but if you’re a freelancer looking for your next contract, you might find the rates helpful also.

Please feel free to download and share the guide as you wish and of course, if you’re considering hiring contractors yourself, building a permanent team, or just want to pick our brains on the market, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
