    Marketing Manager -Charity Sector

      Long-standing and Well Respected Bristol Charity. Fantastic Culture. Amazing Central Location. A great charity in the heart of Bristol is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to join on an initial 12 month FTC. This charity is about to go through a brand update and is looking for candidates with experience across multi-channels - both online and offline. You will work very closely with the Head of Marketing as well as Insight, and the Press and Communications team.  This is a lovely varied role which spans across events, content, print, social media, PR, and brand.  What you'll be doing Working against the strategy set by the Head of Marketing, you'll manage campaigns across social media, content and SEO, PR, print advertising, events, and brand.  You will be responsible for line management of the PR and Comms Officer and Press Officer, and will work in a holistic way across the organisation to build strong relationships, share knowledge, and promote the brand. You'll be in charge of the social media strategy, managing a creative agency, and the content schedule.     Brand Marketing Manager

    Start-up feel with the investment of an established brand.  Define and develop the overall brand strategy.  Lovely offices in Gloucester, commutable from Bristol, Cheltenham and Stroud.  We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, confident and adaptable marketer to join this dynamic business as their Brand Marketing Manager.  Starting off as an independent, multi-channel operation over 10 years ago, this business has grown to over 150 people and continues to go from strength to strength and now is the perfect time to join.  What you’ll be doing Joining this award-winning business during an exciting period you’ll play a key part in their continued growth and development and as a result, you’ll be given plenty of opportunity to develop in line with business success.   You’ll be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and have ownership of the marketing calendar, working alongside internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the overall brand strategy. You’ll be the ultimate brand guardian, responsible for developing brand visual identity and tone of voice, managing a Content Writer and Design Executive to ensure the brand guidelines are met and are in line with business goals. You will plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, grow product ranges, and develop brands within the digital space. Management of corporate promotional strategy will be a part of your role as well as working alongside a PR agency to maximise media promotions.  What experience you’ll need Proven marketing and brand management experience within a retail or FMCG environment.  Strong understanding of brand USP’s and market positioning.  Creative thinking with a good eye for design and a proven track record developing the visual identity of brands. Excellent project management and communication skills, superb attention to detail.     Marketing Manager

    — High-end Luxury Brand

    up to £40k + £4k bonus
    Positioned at the top end of the luxury scale.  Exciting new role driving marketing strategy.  Beautiful offices in London.  This luxury brand is at the top end of the group’s core labels, so an extremely rare opportunity to work with products of this nature. The Marketing Manager will work broadly across a number of key areas including media, communications, point of sale and events.  What you’ll be doing     Working as part of a team of 4-8 people, you’ll report into the team lead and work alongside branding and PR. While your role is a UK position, the brand operates globally so you’ll be liaising with various teams to ensure there is consistent messaging in each region.  The focus on media includes briefing the agency, identifying relevant media opportunities and constantly analysing media activity to offer recommendations for the future. You’ll proof read all copy requests and work with the creative team in the HQ to deliver these in a timely fashion. Secondly, working with the Brand Manager you’ll finalise and manage the Marketing budget across all activity. Against all projects it will be your responsibility to track spend and update this through the correct reporting structures.  Additional activities include working with store contacts, keeping them up to date with product launches, organising catalogue updates for key stakeholders, planning and executing events and driving efficiency at point of sale.  What experience you’ll need Broad marketing experience for a high-end, luxury brand.  Exposure to comms, events, print, online and store marketing (ideally a multichannel setting).  Excellent negotiation and communication skills with media partners.  Experience planning and implementing high-end events.  Confident working as part of a team and liaising with members of staff at a range of levels.   What you’ll get in return for your talents There is a competitive salary on offer of up to £40k plus bonus potential.
