The office is based in Wiltshire, we can offer some remote working post pandemic.  Exciting time to join the business with solid growth plans in place.  I am delighted to exclusively represent a fantastic Client of mine with recruitment of Category Manager.  What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Head of this business unit and they will work alongside two other Category Managers. They will also liaise with a wide net of stakeholders daily. In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for increasing the category growth and raising brand awareness. You will achieve that by utilising consumer, market and competitor data and insight available to you to define consumer segments and relevant proposition. A big part of this role will be to work on NDP initiatives, new product launches and defining go to market strategies at the same time maximising profitability of existing products. In collaboration with stakeholders, you will develop and execute compelling marketing plans within your category, this will include managing production of all relevant assets such as advertising creative, media planning, PR, POS as well as presence across TV, print, retail and digital.   What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience working within the Category, Product or Brand function. Background in Beauty, Personal Care or premium consumer goods will be hugely beneficial. Ability to work in an agile, fast paced and commercial environment.     Marketing and Brand Manager

    Broad marketing role covering the brand aspect and multi-channel comms. The office is based in Stroud and post pandemic this role will be based in Stroud 3 days per week and 2 in Bristol (possibly one day from home). Exciting and fast pace company.    I am truly delighted to support a key Client of ours, a healthcare company that balances profit and purpose with recruitment of Marketing and Brand Manager.   What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into Business Development Director and will manage a team of two. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the brand story and all the content accompanying it: written copy, audio-visual and video. It will be your role to make sure that brand and content strategy is fit for purpose and you’ll identify new opportunities and angles to raise brand awareness and ultimately increase sales. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders regularly inclduing Senior Leadership team, it will be also your job to keep a close eye on budget.  What experience you’ll need to apply Previous brand marketing experience working on a managerial level. Working for a small or medium size company at some point in your career is essential. Knowledge of interest in human healthcare or nutrition will be highly beneficial. Natural problem solver, resilient, agile, composed, excellent communicator with strong sense of ownership and effortless stakeholder management skills.     Marketing Strategy / Consultant role for a High Tech Engineering early stage/scale-up with a World-leading product.  Competitive day rate in the region of £350-£450/day DOE. B2B Marketing role targeting Global Motorsport and Automotive manufacturers.   We’re looking for a Head of Marketing / Marketing Consultant for a hugely exciting Engineering / Tech scale-up with a world-leading product sold into the global Motorsport and Automotive sectors. Developed by some of the best engineers in the industry and with a significant sale to a global brand soon to be announced, this is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing / B2B Marketing Consultant.  This will be a three-month contract initially, so you’ll need to hit the ground running and get things done at pace.  It’s a high-level role from the point of view of defining strategy but as they’re a small company they need someone hands on to implement it themselves as well.  What you’ll be doing  Quickly get under the skin of the business, the product and target audience to define a marketing strategy which will build brand awareness and drive sales of a £multi-million product, predominantly aimed at Automotive and Motorsport  manufacturers.  Planning and implementing a new website design with the help of web designers and developers (wireframes already approved) Plan and deliver effective lead generation campaigns. Building a contact database (with support from a junior resource or outsourced service) . This will comprise of relevant individuals at global Automotive and Motorsport companies.  Create and manage Social channels – LinkedIn in particular. Working with a PR agency to manage external messaging and communications. What experience you’ll need to apply Ideally SME-sized, fast-growth industry experience in the Engineering or Automotive space. If you’ve worked in Motion Simulation you’d be the ideal candidate.   Solid B2B marketing strategy and implementation experience. Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred but not essential. Experienced in working with Web Designers and Developers to create websites and manage their performance. Understanding of the principals of SEO and content for a lead generating website.  Good understanding of advertising across traditional print and online channels To create and manage Social channels, namely LinkedIn. Work with PR agency to manage external messaging and comms. The audience is global, so you’ll need the experience and ability to think big. The product is high value (£1m+) so you’ll have experience marketing products of this value, B2B In summary, you’ll be a Head of Marketing / Marketing Consultant / Senior Marketing Manager who’s a good all-rounder. Able to write compelling communications and execute a cohesive marketing strategy. What you’ll get in return for your experience  Competitive day rate in the region of £350-£450/day DOE. The chance to play a role in taking an extremely disruptive piece of engineering to market with some very exciting applications in the automotive and motorsport engineering space. We’re looking for a talented Account Manager with experience delivering creative projects for interesting brands. This role could also suit a Senior Account Executive looking for a step up, provided you are comfortable managing your own projects, taking a brief from clients and working closely with designers, creative teams and brand strategists. You must have worked for a creative, design or marketing agency in order to be considered for this role. What you’ll be doing  The Account Manager will get to work with some really exciting FMCG brands on a range of creative projects from brand strategy to packaging, motion graphics and video production. You’ll become the main point of contact for the client and take thorough creative briefs, costing scheduling and managing projects through to completion.  You’ll help nurture client relationships and assist in the development of key client accounts.  What experience you’ll need to apply Proven track record as an Account Manager, Account Executive or Project Manager for a branding agency, design agency, or creative-led marketing agency. Demonstrable experience taking a creative brief and briefing it into a studio. Excellent project management and interpersonal skills. FMCG client experience would be a real bonus. What you’ll get in return for your experience    A competitive salary in the region of £24k-£32k depending on experience. Lots of support from the Directors when you need it, but also the autonomy to get on with it and take responsibility for your own projects.     Global Brand Planner

    Fantastic and very successful consumer brand. This is a brand new role where the successful candidate will start with “blank canvas”. For the foreseeable future it will be a remote role, post pandemic we will require visiting Bath on a weekly basis. Due to continues growth, a great Client of mine is now looking to appoint a Global Brand Planner. What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Global Brand Director and will work closely with other teams in the business such as Marketing, Comms, Campaigns, Creative and Insight. The purpose of this role is to lead the brand strategy for consumer marketing campaigns in line with a wider marketing and commercial calendar. Identifying theme, proposition, key channels and creative direction. In order to achieve it you’ll run market and competitors audits, consumer research, use data, insight to determine innovative and fit for purpose ideas. Naturally, you’ll then measure and report on results of your activities. Moreover, you’ll lead the identification of strategic brand partnerships.    What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience working for an agency as a Planner or Strategist at some point of your career.  Working with FMCG, retail or eCommerce brands. Solid research and insight distillation experience.  Proposition Development.
