This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM specialist to join a luxury retailer to be a key player in enabling a new customer experience platform. What you’ll be doing Working closely with the CRM team, your role will be to take responsibility for the effective investigation, panning, briefing, and deployment of new customer strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and overall revenue for the brand. To be a success in this role you will be expected to encompass yourself into not only the brand but the customer journey to gain a full understanding to identify the best possible approaches to optimising and implementing the new CRM technologies. Overseeing the creative and production process for certain programs related to the new project to ensure the set objectives are being met, will also fall under your remit. It will be your duty to empower the CRM team and wider marketing department to fully embrace the new system and ensure everyone is kept up to date and using it effectively. What skills you’ll need to apply Hands-on experience with campaign management tools and email platforms is critical. A track record of successfully planning, deploying, and optimising CRM campaigns and programs. Experience with working on a project from concept to implementation. CRM experience within a retail setting would be an advantage. A creative and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights.     A consumer brand with an international presence.  The office is based in Somerset, the Client offers 2 days of remote working per week.  Busy and all-encompassing brand/ channel role. A fantastic opportunity became available to join an established FMCG brand with offices in mid Somerset, c/ 45 minutes’ drive from Bath and Bristol. What you’ll be doing The successful candidate for this role will report into Marketing Manager and they will work as a part of a small but friendly local marketing team that works in a collaboration with a wider global team based in another office. The purpose of this role is to manage brand and channel activities in line with a wider marketing strategy. Day to day responsibilities will include managing PR agency to coordinate a range of projects, overlooking advertising campaigns, POS as well as display materials.
