This is a client focussed role, so you will need to have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. You will be working alongside your team, agencies and suppliers, client marketing teams, client departments and other internal departments, so it will be important to be able to build and maintain relationships across the board.  What experience you'll need Excellent organisation and project management skills – to manage and prioritise Multi-client campaigns. Hands-on experience of Planning, Scheduling, Managing budgets, CRM, Data, Print, Press Media and Digital Media. Working knowledge of Digital Marketing. Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Strong analytical skills are a must. Here is an exceptional opportunity to join a consumer business in Somerset as their new Senior Product Manager.  This is a really exciting time for the business, with new product lines being developed, and a new brand to be launched within the UK, there is a lot going on and a lot for you to be involved in.  With a flat management structure, and a truly great culture, you'll have some great aesthetic products to work with and to deliver to market.  What you'll be doing You will introduce, develop and drive all product developments and initiatives within a specific sector.  Working across all of the European offices you will become the product expert across the wider group, establishing relationships, sharing knowledge and delivering market leading products.  You will take on a mentoring role, developing more junior members of staff and bringing them on. You’ll manage a small team and be part of an ambitious growth strategy. What you’ll be doing You’ll be in charge of delivering impactful marketing campaigns and customer communications along with media planning, buying and working with creative PR agencies to develop advertising campaigns. The role is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, implementing and delivery of above the line advertising along with PR and Customer Communications. You’ll also be responsible for providing the CMO with timely, accurate reports and insightful performance analysis.  You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate campaigns where appropriate. This is a client-side business with an internal agency, and so we’re ideally on the lookout for those with a marketing agency background with strong client-facing skills. This role is to start in August 2019. The internal marketing agency offers services such as paid search, programmatic, content, integrated, video, and print advertising. Ideally you’ll have gained exposure to a multitude of marketing disciplines, where you have well-rounded knowledge that you are able to draw upon when working with clients. What you’ll be doing This is an incredibly varied and interesting role which will see you taking client briefs, managing work flow, distributing tasks to the appropriate teams, being the point of contact and escalation for clients, and project managing end-to-end.
