Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of single product categories, and ultimately maximising sales across all digital channels. Working closely with the Buying, Merchandising and retail teams you will maximise sales and enhance the product offer. With your strong commercial awareness, you will have a good understanding of online and multichannel buying behaviour and the competitive landscape, which will enable you to develop and optimise the customer experience. You will own the day to day trading for a specific product category, maximise and deliver commercial performance against revenue and margin targets using web analytics data on traffic, conversions and order value to drive actionable insight and measurable improvements.
