Renowned within their market they are seeking a dynamic, savvy and self-motivated Social Media Executive to help support their ambitious growth plans. What youll be doing Reporting into the PR and Marketing Manager, this role suits itself well to an enthusiastic Social Media genius, who lives and breathes Social Media. With strong Content/Copywriting experience, you will be planning, writing and implementing all posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube. The successful candidate will also be hands on with Facebook Ads/Business manager, so a good deal of experience with these will be needed. You will be working closely with the PR and Marketing team, using your experience to manage the day to day running of the companys Social Media channels. This will include creating and producing engaging social content including images, GIFs, photography, video and graphics. What experience youll need Demonstrable experience running Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest). A flair for engaging copywriting for Social. Skilled in Photography, video editing and Photoshop is a real plus. Knowledge of Facebook Ads/Business Manager. Experience in and knowledge in growing audience and followers. Excellent proficiency in Social Media performance tools such as scheduling and analytics. A good understanding of WordPress is preferable. This is a great opportunity to work across a range of high-profile clients. If youre an ambitious account manager who can manage large scale fantastic clients, fit within theis agencies hard-working and passionate team and thrive within a fast-paced, high energy environment, this could be the perfect role for you! What youll be doing Specialising in marketing, advertising and digital media youll join a client service team of digital experts and work on a whole host of accounts and brands from day one. They have recently brought their paid media in-house so are looking for digital account managers with an analytical mind, who can be versatile as no two days will be the same - some days you could be working with the design team on an BTL advertising campaign, the next TTL and then switching to managing bids for a PPC campaign the next. Day to day, you will typically manage the client relationship as well as internal processes and systems, ensuring that the agency surpass client expectations and deliver campaigns to brief, on time and to budget. The role will involve managing both public and private sector accounts and project managing campaigns. The perfect candidate will have existing agency experience, is highly organised, has meticulous attention to detail and is used to handling multiple projects at once. They will also have great customer servicing skills and ensure that projects are run smoothly, efficiently and successfully so our clients love working with us. What experience youll need Experience in a marketing agency. Ability to handle multiple accounts at one time. Youll need to have experience of account handling in an agency environment whether thats an integrated agency, advertising agency, digital agency or a media agency we want to hear from you. Campaign management and delivery across traditional advertising will support the delivery of the wider integration piece. Digital media experience would be the icing on the cake- specifically PPC and programmatic. Offices are based on the outskirts of Bristol and youll get free parking on site. We are looking for a candidate that will be comfortable working on multi-channel campaigns and run a full 360 process with ease.    What youll be doing    This is a busy post! So youll be doing lots. Youll be working to deliver marketing plans to achieve business and band objectives and develop and own multi-channel campaigns. Youll play a part in implementing the strategy and use a range of tools to do so. Youll be working with the data team to research and identify key audience segments and prepare monthly campaign reports while detailing ROI.    Youll assist with the implementation of brand guidelines and support and train junior colleagues where needed to enhance overall team capabilities.
