What youll be doing Reporting into the PR and Marketing Manager, this role suits itself well to an enthusiastic Social Media genius, who lives and breathes Social Media. With strong Content/Copywriting experience, you will be planning, writing and implementing all posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube. The successful candidate will also be hands on with Facebook Ads/Business manager, so a good deal of experience with these will be needed. You will be working closely with the PR and Marketing team, using your experience to manage the day to day running of the companys Social Media channels. This will include creating and producing engaging social content including images, GIFs, photography, video and graphics. What experience youll need Demonstrable experience running Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest). A flair for engaging copywriting for Social. Skilled in Photography, video editing and Photoshop is a real plus. Knowledge of Facebook Ads/Business Manager. Experience in and knowledge in growing audience and followers. Excellent proficiency in Social Media performance tools such as scheduling and analytics. A good understanding of WordPress is preferable. We are partnering with this agency in searching for an impressive Account Executive with passion and drive to join one of Gloucestershires top agencies. If youre an Account Executive with some agency experience (ideally on the DM/CRM side), even if its on the internship side, we would love to hear from you! This role is based just outside Cirencester, so you will need to be able to drive out to the site. What youll be doing You will be working to support two SAMs with their own portfolios, working closely with each to create and deliver account solutions. You will have a strong attention to detail, willingness to do what is needed to create solutions, deliver exception output and take responsibility for seamless on the ground administration of projects through project management skills.  Youll be working predominantly with B2B clients, although there will be some B2C in there too. You will be a key link between the agency and clients, managing relationships and ensuring smooth relationships. To do this, you will work to understand the clients needs and objectives and liaise with them closely and regularly throughout campaigns, managing the administrative and campaign with to ensure project are completed on time and on budget What experience youll need Some agency side experience, whether from a previous AE role or from internships within an agency. Knowledge of direct marketing principles, including CRM, database marketing and a good knowledge of email campaigns. Youll have the ability to build relationships with ease and youll keep a cool head under pressure.
