A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of eCommerce to lead and deliver significant growth for a delightful brand, via their website and Amazon store. This is a new role for the business, and an opportunity for a highly driven individual to really make their mark, through hands-on implementation and developing commercial strategy. What you\'ll be doingAs the Head of eCommerce, you will have ownership of all websites (UK, FR, GER and US), and be responsible for the overall trading performance and achievement of revenue targets. You will continuously review and develop all online channels to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience, in addition to managing third party agencies. Aside from the website, Amazon is a vital channel for this business, so you will need to manage the store, and understand the vendor/seller process, driving growth through a variety of acquisition techniques and optimisation strategy. Tracking the customer journey will be a key part of your role to increase engagement, loyalty and ultimately increase online orders. You\'ll execute daily reporting and analysis on a range of metrics, having set measurable objectives for each area of revenue and traffic generation. As the eCommerce expert in the business, you will guide and advise other members of the team, collaborating cross-functionally and managing all aspects of the strategy, including content, web design, customer service, analytics, and trading. You will need to monitor developing trends, evaluate new business opportunities within eCommerce beyond current organisational thinking, and lead the execution of new initiatives. What experience you\'ll need to apply Ability to apply e commerce skills across all ecommerce routes to market - pure play and the eCommerce arms of other trading partners. Previously managed an Amazon ecommerce channel. Clear understanding of website function, conversion and trading, as well as SEO, affiliate marketing and PPC. Experience of using online tools to improve website conversion. Strong analytic capabilities with specific knowledge of online marketing analytics. Forecasting/managing stock needs by channel.
