Of course youll drive online performance with the team, however a hands-on approach is required across the board to lead by example. This includes digital acquisition, retention and conversion, which is a real positive to have full ownership of the eCommerce customer journey. Working with the Operations Director youll use continual feedback from customer data to input on your strategy. Youll propose continuous improvements across key metrics including customer acquisition, retention, conversion, order value, returns and cancellations. Having an understanding of the warehousing and customer service will set you up nicely for a Head of eCommerce role in the future. Given the size of the proposition were ideally looking for someone with fashion experience and a track record in growing a smaller / medium size brand. Although an established market leader, this brand sells across multiple eCommerce sites, creating new opportunities for growth and with it exciting projects for digital marketers to work on. What you'll be doing Each brand presents different challenges, so your role as Digital Acquisition and Retention Manager will require varying strategies to bring about the desired outcomes. This is the best of both worlds - the focus of working as part of a client side business, but with the variety of being able to work on different eCommerce sites.Working alongside Web Development, eCommerce Merchandising and reporting into the Head of Digital, your role will drive the success of paid search and email marketing strategy across the business (Acquisition and Retention). Primary paid search channels are Google Ads and Bing, however there is scope for wider channels (paid social, retargeting etc.) depending on the directions you want to take. There is a significant budget and paid search agency on hand, so this role is more about driving the overarching strategy and bringing the best out of the agency partners. Email Marketing is a key channel to ensure repeat business from the company's existing customer base. Creatives in-house and an outsourced supplier will help you on designing, running and analysing the campaigns end to end. Based in Gloucestershire, you’d be working in brand new offices alongside a driven, dynamic team of high-calibre digital specialists. What you’ll be doing You will report into the COO, working closely with them and the CEO to shape the eCommerce strategy and achieve the overarching business goals. Managing a large team of marketers, creatives and customer experience professionals, you will be responsible for three B2C websites and the revenue they produce. This includes overseeing onsite personalisation, the loyalty program, customer reviews, returns and customer service – all of these elements are currently being implemented into the Shopify platform. You will be responsible for driving their B2C online growth through management and development the website, and providing a stable online platform for all channels to ensure maximum conversion. What you'll be doing This is a new role for the business, which is at a pivotal point in their growth plans, so you'll have the opportunity to really take ownership of the online channels and make your mark. With control over the eCommere budget, your key remit is to assess the current strategy and put together a successful plan for the team to implement. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that the marketing strategy and campaigns are executed effectively across all channels. Now with private equity investment, the company is going from strength to strength whilst retaining their relaxed (but commercial) culture. eCommerce is at the core of the business growth strategy, which has brought about the need for a eCommerce Marketing Analyst in the team.  What youll be doing Working as a team of 6 and reporting into the Head of eCommerce, youll use various reporting tools to draw insights and improve the teams understanding across eCommerce. The main areas this will help drive include Digital Marketing (PPC, SEO, CRM, Social Media) and Web Development (areas for improvement to the customer journey).  This type of role is a big draw to those in an analytical role already, or digital marketers with good analytical exposure looking to move into this space. Its a highly strategic position in the team as your insights are ultimately leading to the growth of each eCommerce channel.  The main analytical tools will include Google Analytics, A/B testing and Excel.
