    eCommerce Content Writer

    — High-Growth Retail Start-up

    Rapidly-scaling retail start-up Brand new offices Significant investment and strong leadership.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly-scaling start-up at the beginning of their journey. With big investment and highly experienced founders, they have the potential to become a large, global retailer in a very short space of time. Based in Gloucestershire, you’d be working in brand new offices alongside a driven, dynamic team of high-calibre digital specialists.  What you’ll be doing  As an experienced copywriter, you will work across all categories of the eCommerce platform, writing engaging content, such as product descriptions and background information for a range of brands.  Working closely with the digital marketing team, you’ll also provide copy for newsletters, season content pieces and press releases. Liaison with the design and retail teams will also be necessary for you to understand the current collections, best sellers and new product launches.  In order to drive relevant traffic to the website, you will optimise all content for SEO purposes, and ensure it is fully proof-read before publishing. What’s more, you’ll need to keep abreast of market trends and developments, as well as competitor activity, to help improve the brand’s positioning in the industry.  What experience you’ll need to apply An experienced and articulate writer, ideally for an online brand. Knowledge of or experience in the fashion industry is preferable.  Experience applying SEO best practice to content writing. Ability to work under tight deadlines.  Driven, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively.  What you’ll get in return for your experience   Alongside the opportunity to be part of this exciting business from the ground up, you’ll receive a salary between £22-25k.   What's next?     Account Manager

    — Branding and Design agency.

       We’re open to flexible hours, but at least 30 hrs per week.   Work for an exciting, small, dynamic agency.   Work on interesting multi-channel campaigns. We’re working with a small branding and design agency based in Bristol, to appoint an experienced full-time Account Manager to report to the Managing Director and be part of a busy team. You’ll be responsible for client contact and smooth running of the design studio while planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.  What you’ll be doing  You’ll be busy planning and delivering end to end campaigns with the support of the team while producing relevant and engaging content and manage e-marketing.  Social media will also be another part of your role, with you driving online traffic with web – related projects. You’ll also be managing print and creative projects and analysing the results of the activity.  No two days will be the same in this busy environment; your role will be extremely varied. You’ll need to think big and manage a range of clients, supporting business objectives through delivering marketing collateral of the highest standard via multi-channel campaigns.  What experience you will need to apply   At least 4-5 years’ experience working as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager Experience working with B2C and B2B clients and the briefing process Strong level of owning and managing large and small-scale projects A track record of taking a strategic approach to answering a brief in a creative and practical way Passionate and driven, you'll be able to get behind all projects and become a valued member of the team A confident and engaging manner in client presentations or pitches Knowledge of social planning for business would be a bonus What you’ll get in return for your experience  You’ll get to work with an extremely varied client base on a range of really exciting campaigns are projects.     Senior Account Manager/Senior Account Director

    — Content & Comms Agency

    Enjoy working for a fast-growing written content and communications agency based in the heart of Bristol. Lead the direction and success of several key clients, delivering a wide range of services. Salary £40k - £50k (on experience). We're working with one of the worlds leading written communications agencies to appoint a Senior Account Manager/Account Director. You'll be working on a wide range of media posts and everything in between! You'll be based out of very modern offices based in central Bristol, near the harbour and only a short walk to Temple Meads train station.  What you'll be doing We're looking for either a Senior Account Manager or Account Director (all about finding the right person!) who'll act as the first point of contact for clients; taking detailed briefs for new projects, asking all of the right questions to really get to the bottom of their objectives and communicating this accordingly to writers, ensuring you've given them all they need to get it right first time. You'll also get involved with proofreading and editing work, delivering feedback if necessary, before handing over to the client. This role is all about building and nurturing client relationships, so you'll attend regular meetings, supporting new business meetings, brief taking, delivering workshops and advising on a wide range of copy, content and tone services. You'll also bring an eye for identifying and seizing opportunities to up and cross-sell - helping clients identify how to add the most value to their business.
