    Financial Services Writer/Copywriter

    — Investments

    FTSE100 Business.  Specialist Writing Role.  Competitive Salary & Exceptional Benefits.  Here is a great opportunity to join a top employer in Central Bristol as their new Investment Writer.  To be considered for this role you must have proven copywriting experience specifically writing content around investments, equities, and stocks and shares.  This is a large organisation with lots of progression opportunities, and a good salary and benefits on offer.   What you’ll be doing You will be producing investment content to help clients make the best investment decisions they can.  You will be one of the company’s public spokespeople on equity specific and wider market issues, supporting education efforts in the wider business and contributing to content planning.  Aiming to deliver the best free share research of retail investors available anywhere online, you will maintain research on a dedicated list of stocks, including research updates on major newsflows.  You will write regular articles on share related issues for marketing purposes, develop investment ideas for clients, including contributing to flagship campaigns.     Creative Copywriter

    — Central Bristol Creative Agency

We are looking for a Creative Copywriter to join an agency based in the centre of Bristol. This role sits in an agency environment where your creative talent will be recognised and nurtured, with opportunity to work on a variety of briefs for their strong portfolio of clients. We're considering both Midweight and Junior Copywriters for the role. What you'll be doing As a key part of the Creative team, you'll be reporting into the Lead Copywriter and working closely with the Senior Art Director, Creative Director, Designers and fellow copywriters to fulfil some exciting briefs. The work will be varied, with a large portion of your time spent working on digital - generating concepts and producing copy for websites, digital campaigns, web banners, social media ads, emails, mobile apps and scripts for motion graphics. That said, there will be print work to be done, from brochures to exhibition material. This is a conceptual role so we're looking for a wordsmith who can convey their ideas from pen to paper and bring those ideas to life by delivering engaging copy. Alongside this, you’ll be delivering some more complex information, using compelling storytelling techniques and emotive TOV to connect with the audience effectively. Playing a key part of the creative offering you’ll be unafraid of being hands on and collaborating with the wider creative team to execute projects. You’ll be presenting your ideas internally, with the opportunity to be part of the pitching process and attending client meetings on occasion. If you’ve some prior experience articulating your ideas to clients, this will be a real bonus! What experience you'll need to apply A portfolio of full of integrated creative copy examples; including campaign and digital. Prior agency experience in a conceptual copywriting role. A natural when pitching and presenting your ideas. Familiar with thinking up ideas alongside an Art Director. Ideally some client facing experience.
