    CRM Manager

A hugely popular Bristol business is on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join the team on a 9-12 month contract basis. This is a role that will need someone in post for a September start, due to a handover period.  What you'll be doing This organisation welcomes over 500,000 customers per year, with no signs of decline given the investment into customer experience, and products and services offering. As part of a strategy to become more even more digitally inclined, you will be managing day to day tasks throughout this contract period, whilst also supporting the development of the CRM across multiple channels (e.g. email, DM, web, and potentially app). There is a real focus on increasing customer loyalty for this organisation, and so you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of driving and improving this, as well as data capture onsite through the deployment of various testing methods. Your core focus will be two products which are significant revenue streams for this organisation. There's scope for the  development of an app which is at very initial stage, so you may well have the opportunity to look at in-app messaging and push notification.It would therefore be handy if you have previous experience across applications.  What experience you'll need to apply Demonstrable CRM experience across multiple channels (online and offline). Able to start the role in September and be free throughout the 9-12 month contract. Excellent understanding of the customer journey and conversion rate optimisation. A/B testing experience. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or similar. Dotmailer experience. What you’ll be doing As Account Executive you’ll play a key part of the client services team, working across two of the agencies key clients managing a variety of campaigns.  You’ll need to get under the skin of the client’s brand, understanding their meaning, objectives and target audience, giving you the opportunity to add real value and successfully manage client briefs from concept through to delivery.  Managing creative, digital and data projects, you’ll work closely alongside planning and creative teams to ensure high standards of work are delivered to clients in budget and on time. You will be working with some fantastic well-known brands, building strong relationships and establishing yourself as a confident account handler.  What experience you’ll need You’ll be ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for the marketing industry.  Ideally, you will have hands-on experience working within a marketing agency or in a junior level client-side marketing role.  You’ll thrive working under pressure to tight deadlines.  You’ll be a confident communicator with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. If you're an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director in the making with a solid agency background and heaps of eCRM and digital CRM knowledge, then this leading creative, direct marketing agency may be just the place for you. What you'll be doing Joining this well-established team, you'll hit the ground running nurturing client relationships and managing large scale eCRM / email marketing and creative design campaigns from ideas and briefing to delivery and post campaign analysis. Working with big name consumer brands, alongside internal creative and technical teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Youll no doubt bring value to this process from day one, building on your refined relationship management talents and taking pride in delivering an exceptional level of service. What experience you'll need Youll be an experienced account handler having grown through the ranks within marketing / direct marketing / CRM agencies. You will be an accomplished Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step or an Account Director, searching for an agency where youll be able to progress long term.  Strong knowledge of email marketing and how email contributes to the wider CRM mix would be great to see.  Client liaison will be second nature to you; you'll be confident digesting briefs, presenting work across creative and data. Contribute towards new business by highlighting and putting into place plans to activate opportunities with both existing and new clients. It goes without saying that you'll have excellent organisational skills when it comes to maintaining and managing paperwork for the account (cost estimates, project plans etc.). Operating on a global scale whilst holding on to a collaborative and close knit working culture, this is a really exciting place to be. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Marketing Director, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider team to drive traffic to the website and improve the overall brand performance. There are a range of channels to look after here, however the main one is Email Marketing management. You'll look after the programmes here end to end, initially preparing the look and feel of the campaigns (content, layout, design), driving the campaigns themselves using the company ESP and finally analysing their success, in turn using this information to continually update your strategy.  Additional channels include SEO (on page key and technical a bonus), PPC, which will involve managing Google ads through an agency in the future, and Google Analytics.  What experience you’ll need Solid email campaign management experience.   Ability to manage email campaigns end to end.  PPC and SEO experience a real plus.  Strong analytical ability to understand customer behaviour (using tools such as Google Analytics).  First rate communication and organisation skills. Passion for online marketing and a team based approach. It’s a great culture here so someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in is essential! What you’ll be doing You’ll be working on one of the agencies key clients, a significant blue-chip brand, to which the agency has retained for many years. Your focus will be to deliver the highest possible level of service to your client, working closely with the creative team to manage direct mail campaigns end to end, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and on budget and high creative standards are met.  You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to understand and contribute to the account strategy, demonstrating your commercial acumen through assisting with forecasting and your keen attention to detail through maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll be super organised and an expert at multi-tasking, able to juggle multiple projects at once.  You’ll have strong email/eCRM or creative experience and knowledge, or both!
