Work with the passionate about digital transformation and growth strategy. What you’ll be doing: Work with agency strategists to identify business needs and digital solutions to host of big names companies. You will be responsible for deriving insight into pitchable and commercially viable concepts for stakeholders. You will need to be versatile in order to pick up the plethora of varying projects involved. What experience you’ll need to apply: Good commercial experience using Google or Adobe Analytics. Comfortable with Google Tag Manager. Dashboarding experience using Excel and least one visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview). Experience with A/B testing and MTV testing. Experience in HTML and JS would be beneficial. Previous agency experience is preferable but not essential. It is important to highlight that not all of the above skills will be essential, but in some cases are preferable. What you’ll get in return for your experience: Salary would be between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. Great benefits, including Friday drinks in the office. They’re now looking to leverage their wealth of data to look at their customer base for a range of projects.  What you'll be doingPrimarily looking into their customer data this leading company are looking for an additional data scientist to join the team looking into a range of marketing and customer related projects. What you’ll be doing Within the role you will design, manage, implement, and optimise the company website and online journeys. Effective development of digital strategies for website & user journeys will ensure that they contribute to, and complement, the business objectives and performance targets. You will also be responsible for important analysis across full digital user journeys. This will include performance analysis of the website, as well as identifying CRO tests to demonstrate ROI and conversion against key metrics.   You will also have strong collaborative working relationships with the wider marketing team, to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned and are optimised for improved online conversion. Excellent training and support, in a very well-managed team. What you’ll be doing: You will be responsible for exploring company data in order to identify immediate feedback and business improvements to key stakeholders. The main channels of incoming data will be through the company’s website, consumer information, and Inventory data. You will be a data expert able to advise on transformative approaches and carry out deep data modelling for deeper insights into the data. What experience you’ll need to apply: Able to use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is essential. Understanding JavaScript and HTML would be helpful. An interest in learning Python would be great as the data science team is expanding. MS SQL will be in regular use. Exposure or a knowledge of working in BigQuery would be great. It is important to highlight that not all of the above skills will be essential, but in some cases are preferable. What you’ll be doing: You will mainly be dealing with the set-up, configuration and maintenance of analytics using Tag Management Systems (TMS). The two main tools for this will be Tealium or Google Tag Manager (GTM), although others would be considered. Experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to review the impact of your work will also be key. What experience you’ll need to apply: Essential that you are highly proficient with GTM or Tealium. Google or Adobe analytics is also essential. Experience working with the following tools or methodologies is highly preferable: BigQuery Tableau, Power Bi, Qlikview A/B Testing HTML JavaScript Senior stakeholder and client-facing exposure would also be a key component of this role. It is important to highlight that not all of the above skills will be essential, but in some cases are preferable.
