Senior Digital Account Manager / Digital Account Director
You'll nurture existing client relationships, sometimes quite hands-on, a strategically minded and proactive Account Director anticipates client requirements. You'll provide professional, planned and responsive account direction for your portfolio or clients. It’ll be down to you to develop client development plans and to take ownership for the client revenue targets.
You'll help deliver fantastic projects for key clients, planning and tracking projects to maximise project profitability. Developing and nurturing relationships at a senior level will be at the core of what you do and you'll be able to confidently discuss brand strategy opportunities and challenges.
As Digital Account Director you’ll be responsible for the strategic direction and development for key established and emerging accounts within the agency. We’re talking big brand, high value clients where you’ll have ownership and overall responsibility for their strategy, operation, delivery, growth and performance, all with the support of a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. You'll be experienced in the full digital landscape everything from complex design and build projects, social, email, content and digital marketing campaigns. You'll be commercial astute and a strong team leader.
Client Services Director / Group Account Director
Agency based, enjoying being hands on in the delivery of often digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be working in a fast paced, team orientated environment, ensuring that the client services team are firing on all fronts. You’ll be the pivot between the senior management team and a sizeable account team, supporting, guiding and mentoring, whilst equally enjoying getting amongst client activity and driving success.
