We’re looking for a Digital Art Director, on a Mid-Senior level to join a digital first agency with their HQ based in Bristol. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking agency to help deliver creative on a variety of channels for one of the widest known consumer brands globally. What you'll be doing Forming part of a talented, close-knit creative team, you’ll be delivering digital designs for consumer brands across various digital channels including web, apps and email.  Reporting into the Creative Director, you’ll be working shoulder to shoulder with a collaborative team of specialists, including Designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers to name a few. This role calls for a digital creative with a holistic approach; you’ll be able to visualise and deliver digital designs from the seed of an idea to polished and effective solutions that drive tangible results. With a user centred approach to digital, you’ll be familiar with UX principles and planning the customer journey at every step. In this role you’ll be working closely with the agency's strategists to plan UX, taking your designs through wireframes and prototypes, then executing high fidelity digital designs. The agency works with some big-name consumer brands, and this role will focus on one of their key accounts in the main. With that in mind, we’re looking for a Mid-Senior with the ability to get under the skin of a brief and deliver on projects, along with the confidence to pitch ideas to both the client and the wider team. Due to COVID the team are working fully remote, but eventually will be looking to move back to a studio when the time comes. What experience you’ll need Commercial background in digital design within an agency environment. Knowledge of user centred design principles and modern user interface design standards. A portfolio full of digital designs (inc. responsive web, web apps and campaign.) Examples showcasing your concept workings i.e sketches and scamps. Fluent in Adobe Suite and wireframing / prototyping tools such as Adobe XD and Sketch. A true team player who can collaborate will with specialists such as devs and strategists. Experience leading on briefs and presenting ideas to clients. Animation and motion graphics skills also desirable but not essential. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join a creative digital agency in Oxfordshire. With an impressive portfolio of clients this agency delivers creative across a range of digital disciplines, all from a beautiful studio location. What you'll be doing Reporting into the Creative Services Director, you’ll play a core part of leading the creative output for the agency as part of this small, talented team. There’s huge opportunity here with an existing portfolio of household names, so you’ll be leading on some exciting digital projects from the word go. In this role you’ll be working on a variety of digital briefs from responsive web to digital campaign, online reports and motion graphics. Being a digital first creative agency, a user centred approach is essential to bring to the table. You’ll pair knowledge of UX principles with pixel perfect design craft to produce digital solutions for multiple platforms, that will include responsive solutions that are both web and mobile friendly. You’ll play a pivotal part of the agency’s offering, presenting ideas directly to clients and senior stakeholders alike, along with inspiring their in-house Midweight Designer. You’ll naturally put your ideas to paper, visualising your ideas through sketches and scamps, with the ability to bring people on board with an engaging approach. The agency produces a high volume of engaging motion content so ideally, you’ll have some experience storyboarding to visualise concepts to pass on to motion specialists. We’re looking for a digitally savvy designer, who’s both conceptual and process driven, who’s up to date with the latest technology trends and always pushing for innovation. Due to COVID the team are working mostly remote, but eventually will be looking to move back to the studio full time. What experience you’ll need Commercial background in digital design within an agency environment. Knowledge of user centred design principles and modern user interface design standards. A portfolio full of digital designs (inc. responsive web, web apps and campaign.) Examples showcasing your concept workings i.e sketches and scamps. Confident guiding or mentoring junior designers. Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience leading on briefs and presenting ideas to clients. Familiarity with storyboarding for motion design / animation. After Effects skills also desirable but not essential. This is a varied role where you’ll be taking briefs end-to-end; we’re talking anything from print brochures and infographics to digital ads, eBooks, websites and landing pages. In addition, the company creates a high volume of engaging explainer videos and animations, so in an ideal world you’ll have experience storyboarding and creating assets for motion. If you’ve some video creation skills yourself then that’s a bonus! Working closely with the Director of the business you’ll be juggling multiple projects while regularly presenting your ideas to senior leadership and the wider team. This role calls for a natural communicator who can articulate ideas with ease and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment. With offices based in Swindon, they have a flexible working scheme offering some home working and a couple of days in the office. What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience in a similar role. A portfolio of integrated marketing designs, any motion a plus. Experience presenting ideas to stakeholders or clients. Ability to juggle several projects at once and take ownership of projects. Solid understanding of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Perhaps some experience using After Effects and Premier Pro. What you’ll be doing  Reporting to the Digital Projects Manager, you’ll play a leading role in rolling out new websites, building and populating landing pages, optimising web pages for SEO and using analytics to track performance across the user journey.   In addition, you’ll get the chance to upskill and support the wider marketing team with campaigns, such as PPC and email marketing.  Finally, you’ll champion website improvements aimed at providing an excellent customer experience, making minor technical changes where necessary to the front-end of the website, or working with the development team to do this.   What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in a similar digital marketing role, focussed on web optimisation.  A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to create landing pages.  Ability to optimise web pages for SEO.  Experience using Content Management Systems.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Proactive, self-starter with good analytical skills.  Commercially aware with a passion for digital. The role sits within an established independent agency who work with some globally recognised brands, including those within the tech and financial services. We're looking for a hybrid UX / UI designer with a strong grasp of web technologies, user centred design and UX processes to deliver on a range of digital briefs. What you’ll be doing The agency delivers everything from integrated marketing, strategy, lead generation, web design and build, branding, product comms and digital campaign. As their in-house UX / UI Designer you’ll partner with their global client and focus on creating web, app and digital comms from concept to execution. You’ll report into the Head of Digital and collaborate with talented developers, animators, account handlers, PM’s and other creatives. You'll deliver on a range of digital briefs following a user centred design approach on projects. You'll take your designs through wireframing and prototyping before jumping into high fidelity work, and will be encouraged to assist in usability testing to validate your own designs. The agency delivers a lot of work in Webflow so although you won’t be expected to hand code sites from scratch, some experience with the platform and basic HTML and CSS experience will go far as you’ll understand how to create designs that are technically sound also.  The team has a great reputation for looking after it’s people and for creating a culture that enables real development and learning. Though you’ll bring with you some great skills in digital and UX you’ll also find plenty of opportunities to upskill and develop your knowledge even further. What experience you’ll need to apply Previous agency experience. A portfolio that showcases your digital designs (including UI for responsive web and apps, digital assets.) Skills with the usual tools in the Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Some experience with a prototyping tool like Axure, UXPin, InVision or Sketch. You'll have worked in an environment that uses a pattern/component/asset library. Ideally some knowledge of the atomic design process. Experience in HTML / CSS desirable.
