This role sits within the internal marketing agency and will lead the delivery of CRM and data driven campaigns for the business. What you'll be doing Reporting into the Digital Creative Head these roles sit within a talented team of designers, copywriters and content strategists all collaborating to deliver digital campaigns to a global customer base. Embedded within the internal marketing agency, and with a close relationship to data and analytics, the Integrated Campaigns team delivers strategic campaigns across all channels including web, digital advertising, social and email. What you’ll be doing This role sits within the Web Creative Team made up of fellow designers, UXers and copywriters, all reporting in to the Web Creative Team Leader, contributing to the digital output across a number of eCommerce sites. The core of this role is to design, build and publish digital content across web and email, using a combination of HTML coding for web and digital artwork for email templates. Projects will include digital artwork such as banners, static pages, and slices for emails, alongside hand-coding for each of the brands’ sites. You’ll be using split testing to maximise customer engagement, and will regularly collaborate with the UX team to ensure a user centred approach to all design solutions. Ideally you’ll have turned your hand to some coding in a commercial setting, or have experience within a similar role, but if you’ve recently graduated from a web design degree or similar, there is opportunity here to nurture your skills and learn from a highly experienced team! This is the opportunity to work on a market-leading and award winning product suite that some of the worlds top companies use.                                What you’ll be doing This is a new role for the business and will join the product engineering team. As a UI Designer you will work very closely with the existing UX Designer, the development team, product managers and report directly into the CTO. Their flagship product empowers clients through data, in turn helping them engage their audiences in more meaningful ways and ultimately saving them time, money and resources. Several ‘modules’ make up the product, this role would work on all areas of the product but the focus initially will be on one area.  As a UI Designer you will focus on generating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity UI elements. You’ll also take ownership for the living style guides and help develop these as the product offering grows. As well as hands on design you’ll be helping evangelise a design led culture across the business, working with stakeholders of all kinds to promote collaboration with the design team.  What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience within a user interface design or user experience design role. Well versed in modern design tools (the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD etc) A portfolio full of highly polished UI designs (responsive web and ideally native app) A passion for user centred design and understanding of UCD product design processes. Proven experience of Wireframing and prototyping your designs. Fantastic communication skills. There is a huge opportunity here to work with a major brand yet still have the influence to make genuine change and help shape their future online. As a lead you will engage with senior stakeholders across the business; working closely with the Head of UX you will help to evangelise user centred design across the business. With exceptional design craft skills you’ll deliver quality as well as help to up-skill those in the business who are less digital savvy.     Marketing Manager

You’ll report to the Global Campaign Director based in South Africa and be part of a global campaign that’s due to go live in May 2020.  What you’ll be doing  You’ll be in charge of strategy development, roll out and execution management as it relates to all paid media initiatives and digital content. Characteristically you will be passionate and creative with an existing supplier network in place and be able to seamlessly take over the day to day marketing management for the large May 2020 Campaign. With you doing this successfully, the campaign director will be focussing on growing and nurturing key strategic relationships and partnerships.  You’ll be working on research opportunities (events, marketing, brand ect) and manage the project on basecamp and google drive. You’ll also be responsible for media bookings and coordinating the process including booking the space and developing the materials for the campaign director to sign off.
