Sitting within a fantastic open plan office space; collaboration across departments is encouraged – there’s no doubt you’ll be given the creative freedom to allow your designs work to flourish and get the most out of working as part of an agile scrum team. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who has already honed their responsive digital design skills, has a genuine interest in interaction design, had solid exposure to working on mobile platforms/apps and is passionate about putting the user and the forefront of everything they do. This is by no means a pure visual design role – an understanding of UX principles would be beneficial as you’ll also be prototyping new design ideas and most importantly testing that your designs function in the real world. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Head of Design, you’ll be working alongside fellow designers, copywriters and the wider marketing department to produce engaging creative communications for a wide range of well-established retailers. What you’ll be doing You will be a proven senior UX designer and lead who still enjoys being hands on whilst being able to turn your hand to the more managerial elements of the role too. You will motivate the team and be the first point of contact for our clients. What experience you’ll need to apply Proven experience in a lead/ head of UX role Team management, mentorship and proven ability to structure a team across projects and work flows. Direct line management of the entire team. Excellent agile practice, cross functional team management and stakeholder management of a range of clients. Full ownership of UX processes and standards, leading on all top tier projects and Have a real passion for user experience and the industry as a whole as well as being a thought leader for the organisation. What youll be doing Reporting into the Digital Creative Head you will work closely with a talented team of designers, copywriters and content strategists to deliver digital campaigns to a global customer base. Embedded within the internal marketing agency and with a close relationship to data and analytics the Midweight Digital Creative will deliver campaigns across web, digital advertising, social and CRM. Working with a big name brand means well-defined guidelines but you will be expected to push both the creative and technical boundaries of digital campaign, knowing how to get the most out of the brand and always pushing for innovation. This role is embedded within the integrated campaigns team for the business so an appreciation of integrated design and thinking will go a long way. What experience youll need to apply Conceptual in experience with good design skills. A portfolio full of digital design solutions. Confident within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Expert knowledge of integrated marketing and associated channels. Used to working at pace and on large scale campaigns. What you’ll be doing  Joining one of the regional teams within the internal agency for this brand you will focus on delivering digital creative to a number of European markets. As a Digital Designer you will create digital advertising, CRM campaigns and web content on both home and 3rd party sites. As well as originating content yourself you will adapt global concepts for your local market. We’re looking for a digital creative but some front end experience in HTML & CSS is desirable as well as an understanding of best practice user centred design. What experience you’ll need to apply A portfolio full of digital design examples including digital advertising, email campaigns and microsites. A contractor with the ability to start work at the end of May. Good stakeholder management capability. Front end skills in HTML & CSS desirable. Animation skills desirable. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join a small studio as part of a well-established brand with a reputable client base, in Cheltenham. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Senior Animator, you’ll be working closely with the post-production team delivering various graphics and illustrations that will be brought to life through animation and film. As the business is growing, you’ll be swooping in to help support the team on all aspects of the animation process, from initial design stages, through storyboarding, to designing final assets. You’ll also turn your hand to the creation of marketing collateral when required. You’ll regularly be part of concept visualisation so you’ll bring bags of creativity, yet attention to detail in the delivery of your design work. That said, you’ll be eager to learn and take direction from an experienced team when required. You could be from an animation, traditional graphic design, or illustration background but either way it’s fair to say you’re a natural when it comes to sketching and translating your hand-drawn graphics in to digital vectors. Ideally you’ve produced character animations or storyboards in the past, or have an understanding of how 2D translates into motion. What experience you’ll need to apply At least 6 months’ commercial experience, ideally in an animation studio. A portfolio full of examples of integrated designs, including vector graphics. Ideally some character illustrations or storyboards. Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience using After Effects and / or Premier Pro a bonus. With a studio set in a breath-taking location that’s commutable from Bath and Bournemouth, this is a chance to come on board with one of the most exciting organisations in the area. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Creative Head, and working closely with Artwork and Project Managers, you’ll be delivering creative from concepts all the way through to production on solutions across all customer facing channels to an exceptional standard. As the organisation looks to bridge the gap between their online and offline offering you’ll be working in a multidisciplinary design role across POS, packaging and digital assets such as web banners, landing pages and social media assets. As an ideas-led creative, you’ll tell the brands story by translating their visual identity across integrated channels, and will help lead the design team to execute your concepts to the finest standard. That said, you’re a natural when it comes to leading on projects, scheduling workflow, and building relationships. No two days will be the same, as you will collaborate with the Head of Creative when required, which will often involve the Art Direction and organisation of regular photoshoots to produce product imagery, so ideally you’re familiar with a similar environment! What experience you’ll need to apply At least a few years’ integrated design experience in a commercial context. A portfolio full of examples of print and digital design work, including Packaging. Ideas led, and able to talk through your conceptual process. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). A natural project manager, with prior experience leading on projects. Confident guiding junior members of a creative team. Experience using After Effects a bonus.     Senior Designer

    11 Month FTC (Maternity Cover). Lead design work streams for a small team over-arching 3 brands. 360 role with project management and art direction opportunity. We’re looking for a talented Designer to pick up the reigns and lead this small but fast-paced organisation within global events. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of some big events that will be happening throughout the duration of the contract. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Marketing Director, this role sits overarching of the design team, to lead the creative output. As a collective you’ll produce high quality digital and print over two work streams, integrated marketing collateral for events and promotional materials to roll out across various exhibitions. Your day-to-day will be diverse, you could be rolling up your sleeves to develop mood boards, organising and Art Directing photoshoots, retouching images or designing campaign layouts. Alongside bags of creative ideas, you’re a natural when it comes to a 360 approach to projects, and you’ve an admirable attention to detail in the execution of your design work. You’ll need some experience inspiring junior members of the team, working with brand guidelines to keep a consistent visual identity, and ideally you’re confident setting briefs and managing work flow. What experience you’ll need to apply At least a few years’ experience in a design studio, at least one year management. Oodles of Creative Flair, on project management shoulders. A dab hand at Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator). Mac proficient. Knowledge of After Effects, Animate or similar desirable Ideally some experience taking designs through to artwork. What you’ll get in return for your experience  A salary circa £36k (Pro Rata) DOE, private healthcare, a friendly culture that includes monthly brunch club and some exciting events to be involved in, all squeezed in to this 11 months!
