The business is expanding quickly; they’ve got a client list made up of some of the biggest names in consumer technology. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Head of Design, you’ll be working alongside fellow designers, copywriters and the wider marketing department to produce engaging creative communications for a wide range of well-established retailers. One day you could be supporting the marketing department with designing integrated collatoral to promote the business, the next you could be collaborating with the creative team to think up an internal brand to roll out content across various channels, including digital such as motion graphics. Ideally you’ve some integrated design experience, but if you’re a master of offline print then there will be opportunity to evolve your skills in to the digital space. We're looking for a designer who has an eye for creative branding, is confident taking briefs end-to-end, and is a master of typography and layout. What experience you’ll need At least some commercial experience, or a fantastic graduate. A portfolio full of integrated designs, including print through to artwork. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Ideally some B2B experience but not essential. After effects desirable. We’re looking for a Senior Creative to join a communications agency in South Wales, to be part of growing the business and expanding their client base. This is an opportunity for a conceptual creative to get their teeth in to a broad role, being hands on with concepts, pitches and leading the creative for a team of marketing and PR professionals.  What you'll be doing Reporting into the Managing Director, you will lead on creative at the core of the agency, thinking up concepts for multi-channel campaigns and strategically planning suitable output. Producing comms for private and public sector clients, until now creative has been wide spread throughout the agency, but this is a brand new role to make your own, as the agency plans to drive more creative in-house.  You’ll be an ambassador for the business bringing ideas to life verbally in client pitches and bids, as well as in written copy. We’re ideally looking for a hybrid; an ideas machine with a strategic business head on your shoulders, and a collaborator who can pull a team together to successfully deliver on briefs. You could be from an Art Direction or Copywriting background, but we’re looking for someone who’s able to convey ideas in verbal and written form. What experience you'll need to apply A solid few years’ experience in a Senior Creative role, ideally within an agency. Conceptual – From an Art Director or Copywriter background. A portfolio full of Creative concept work. Capable of bringing ideas to life through copy and pitching. Potential future bookings.   I’m on the look-out for an eLearning Content Designer to help out one of my agency clients for a solid 1-week booking commencing 29th July 2019. What you’ll be doing You’ll be coming on board to help out with a design brief for the eLearning sector. This will be based onsite in Holt (near Bath) where you’ll work closely with the rest of the agency. We need someone with a good working knowledge of Adobe Captivate.  What experience you’ll need to apply Previous eLearning content design experience. Have availability for the whole week commencing 29th July 2019. MUST have experience in using Adobe Captivate. Good understanding of the wider eLearning sector.     UI Design Lead

      We’re looking for a UI Design Lead to join the in-house design and experience studio for a well known brand. You’ll work closely with the Head of UX Design and provide design leadership for their digital transformation programme. What you’ll be doing  The Lead UI Designer will join a UX/UI team of 6 (+ contract support). This is a hands on role focussed on providing user centred visual design for web and email as well as visual direction and leadership for other designers within the team. The business itself has invested in growing out it’s in-house digital capability and this role is an important step in their journey. There is a huge opportunity here to work with a major brand yet still have the influence to make genuine change and help shape their future online. As a lead you will engage with senior stakeholders across the business; working closely with the Head of UX you will help to evangelise user centred design across the business. With exceptional design craft skills you’ll deliver quality as well as help to up-skill those in the business who are less digital savvy. This role is initially on offer as a 12 month fixed term contract. What experience you’ll need to apply Exceptional design craft skills, in particular User interface design for responsive web. A confident design leader, able to lead by example and inspire others to create great work. Big brand experience, understanding of organisational change and how to make a creative impact with a commercial mindset. A user centred approach to design and previous experience of working with UX specialists or within cross functional design teams. eCommerce experience highly desirable. What you’ll be doing What won’t you be doing! In the first instance, you’ll be joining a rapidly growing team made up of UI Designers, UX’ers, analytics & product specialists - You’ll help build, lead and nurture upcoming talent within the agency, all with a forward-thinking approach. It goes without saying, with a role at this level you’ll be well in-tune with modern UX and have your finger on the pulse with current design trends, especially in the UI space.
