This is a 9 month maternity cover role but as they're winning lots of new business and growing steadily, there is a decent chance that a new permanent role could be created in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and ambitious tech company as a Digital Marketing Specialist.   What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and they will be a part of a small but talented marketing team. The main part of the role will be to work with Marketo software to create and deliver automated campaigns (from early concept all the way through launch and analysis) with a purpose of generating quality leads. You’ll need to be fluent in either French, Italian or German to be considered for this role. The business have offices in both Bristol and London, so can consider candidates from both locations. What you’ll be doing  It’ll be up to you to develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies in order to optimise traffic and drive sales. You’ll work with the content team to implement on-page and editorial strategies, delivering content audits, content gap analysis and on-page improvements, as well as shaping the technical SEO roadmap alongside the tech team, running technical SEO audits and monthly health checks. This is a great opportunity for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager with creative flair to join an established and growing digital agency. Initially this will be a maternity cover contract, but the agency will likely be in a position to keep you on a permanent basis if it’s a good fit. What you’ll be doing Your day to day will be fast paced and diverse – you’ll get creative producing engaging content, managing organic and paid social campaigns (main channels are Instagram and Facebook), website management via Wordpress, creating copy for and delivering email campaigns via Mailchimp and taking ownership of the marketing calendar for a range of clients. You’ll need to be able to juggle multiple pieces of work simultaneously as your focus will be spread across a number of client projects. This will quickly expand to a range of further projects including research and trend spotting, surveys, newsletters and guest blogging. Simply put, you’ll play a lead role in spreading the word about ADLIB and enable. Across several different client and candidate audiences, you’ll be responsible for building brand awareness and driving inbound activity. What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience and responsibility within Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content and Social Media (incl. paid) and PPC (proficient in setting up and managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns) in a marketing agency environment or client side in a B2B oriented industry. You are analytically minded and data-driven, to evaluate what's been and plan ahead.     You have SEO optimized (yet imaginative) content writing skills. You are experienced in managing social media profiles and communities and are familiar with related tools such as Buffer and Canva. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) skills and a creative eye would be a huge bonus.
