Their product ranges, usually lifestyle in nature, possess hugely exciting brand stories, offering real satisfaction and act as a great tool to help drive acquisitions. The Digital Acquisition Manager will work across both areas, being the first permanent member of staff to manage all acquisition channels for the business. With a brand new office in the heart of Bristol and scope to lead a team in the future, this is a fantastic opportunity for agency or client side eCommerce professionals!What you’ll be doingThis is truly an end-to-end role that will require a blend of strategic input and hands-on delivery across acquisition channels. Ultimately, the channels will vary depending on which brand you are working with, but will largely centre on PPC (Google AdWords), SEO, Affiliates and Paid Social. We’re looking for broad, hands-on experience here, although appreciate if there are strengths in some channels versus others.  Being able track campaign performance is really key, so an understanding of attribution will allow you to highlight the true value of all channels. This will also help feed into your overall strategic direction for each brand and provide a data-driven approach to your partners. Being competent with Excel and “retail maths” should complement this nicely too. There is a fantastic pipeline of potential brands you’ll be partnering with – hugely exciting when coupled with the opportunity to grow your own team in the future. What experience you’ll need Have worked hands-on with digital acquisition channels, ideally agency side or for an eCommerce brand.   Have worked on PPC, Affiliate, Paid Social and SEO campaigns. Based in Gloucestershire, you’d be working in brand new offices alongside a driven, dynamic team of high-calibre digital specialists. What you’ll be doing You will report into the COO, working closely with them and the CEO to shape the eCommerce strategy and achieve the overarching business goals. Managing a large team of marketers, creatives and customer experience professionals, you will be responsible for three B2C websites and the revenue they produce. This includes overseeing onsite personalisation, the loyalty program, customer reviews, returns and customer service – all of these elements are currently being implemented into the Shopify platform. In addition, you’ll support the eCommerce Studio Manager to ensure products are uploaded to a high standard. Agency management is a fundamental part of this role; you’ll need to work with approved partners to put together the online acquisition strategy, monitoring their performance and ensuring campaigns across paid search, display, SEO and affiliates are implemented correctly. A data driven approach with regards to forecasting and planning will be expected. You’ll manage all reporting, using insights gleaned from analysis to optimise the eCommerce strategy across the full spectrum of digital channels. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end. B2C retail experience – fashion preferable. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.  Experience using the full Google suite.  Experience in developing digital marketing and trading strategies. You will be responsible for driving their B2C online growth through management and development the website, and providing a stable online platform for all channels to ensure maximum conversion. What you'll be doing This is a new role for the business, which is at a pivotal point in their growth plans, so you'll have the opportunity to really take ownership of the online channels and make your mark. With control over the eCommere budget, your key remit is to assess the current strategy and put together a successful plan for the team to implement. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that the marketing strategy and campaigns are executed effectively across all channels. In a similar vein, you'll manage the digital agency to develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy, reporting on KPIs and sharing insights to optimise traffic and conversion. Maintaining a customer-centric user experience is of paramount importance, in addition to ensuring consistency of the brand image, therefore a key element of this role is site merchandising and managing web developments and integrations. You'll also work with the Buying team to check that product descriptions are correct and support SEO, as well as with the operations department on logistics and stock availability to find commercial solutions that meet customer needs.The IT team will assist you in keeping the website functionality is in line with all in-house and external security measures, and that all processes are GDPR compliant, particularly in relation to the customer database. Finally, you will consistently identify opportunities and activity to support the growth of online channels, reporting monthly on this to Senior Management, in addition to managing the digital channel attributions reports. What experience you'll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end.     Social Media Manager (9 month FTC)

    9 month contract working in the Social Media team.  Agency side role with multiple projects.  Full service agency so large clients and exciting campaigns. This role has come up as a 9 month contract cover in the team as a Social Media Manager. Given this is an agency side role, there will be multiple campaigns to work on with a number of amazing clients. You will specialise on social media, but being a full service agency the campaigns will be on an impressive scale, both nationally and globally. What you'll be doingWorking closely with clients you'll listen to their overarching goals and offer advice on Social Media strategy. It's then about putting this strategy together with the Digital Director and Social Media Executive in your team, then managing this through end to end. Key channels will include Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram, among others, depending on what you are trying to achieve. Directing the creative studio you'll manage the creation of written, graphic and video content, in turn engaging target audiences on relevant platforms. Keeping close to social calendars will ensure campaigns remain on track for each client. Remaining close to social media trends and producing thought leadership content will help you stay at the forefront of developments within social media. Lastly, monitoring the success of social campaigns will allow you to tweak your strategy and make sure campaigns continue to deliver against the goals set. The majority of campaigns will be organic however exposure to paid social would be a real plus. What experience you'll need Social Media management experience, ideally agency side however client side will definitely be considered.  A good range of platform experience, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This is a new role from continued investment for a PPC Executive to step in and manage significant budgets across Google Ads and Bing.What you\'ll be doingReporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you\'ll be responsible for all PPC channels in-house including Google Ads and Bing. You\'ll use analytical data as constant feedback to work alongside the manager and help shape the paid search strategy, becoming an integral part of your day to day as experience in this area grows. Given this role is working as part of a wider team, you will assist with reporting to other senior members in the business (such as the Head of eCommerce), and look to understand the wider impact of PPC across other channels.  Beyond PPC you\'ll have the chance to get involved in display, video and Google Shopping, therefore a broad remit to expand into other areas of digital. There is an excellent culture here of developing staff in the right way with experienced managers in place. What experience you\'ll need Hands on PPC experience, from either agency or client side. Ideally managed strong monthly budgets, and had exposure to an eCommerce setting. Worked across Google Ads and Bing Ads. Exposure to Paid Social and Display a real plus but not a must.
