<p><strong>What skills and experience you’ll need:</strong></p>

<li>Mentoring, coaching experience and ability to lead a small front-end team.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular), happy to work with Vue.js.</li>

<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>
<p>As Lead Developer they will look to you to lead the development and evolution of their front-end architecture across web, mobile, and POS interfaces.  You will be focused on driving delivery, improving front-end performance and user experience, and ensuring design consistency and technical excellence across the product suite. You’ll guide a small team of front-end developers and collaborate closely with UX/UI, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality user-facing features. This a technical hands-on role where you will be seen as a role-model for promoting best practice, clean code and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.  Other duties will include providing input into feature planning, product roadmaps and communicating technical progress, risks and blockers to internal stakeholders.</p>

<p>You’ll receive a starting salary up to £58k and benefits including: an annual bonus scheme, a generous individual training budget per year to spend on courses or accreditations. As a lead installer you will be responsible for installing solar panels on commercial properties in line with safety regulations and standards.  You’ll be involved in all stages of an installation project, from inception to completion, including project planning and preparing risk assessments and method statements.  They’ll need you to have led a team onsite delivering high quality installations, communicating effectively in a calm, approachable and professional manner.  You will be involved in assessing locations for suitability, measuring and marking out installation areas, preparing surfaces, mounting and installing solar panels, maintaining accurate records of completed work and materials used and testing the systems.  This role is very much onsite and will require travel and flexibility.</p>

<p>You’ll keep clients informed through regular updates and forward planning. You’ll identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop proposals that reflect the agency’s full creative and digital capability. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to strengthen delivery standards and support team development. This Account Director role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement.</p>
<p><strong>What experience you’ll need to apply</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working as an Account Director <strong>or</strong> Senior Account Manager within an agency.</li>
<li>Background in an integrated or digitally led creative agency environment.</li>
<li>Experience delivering creative work across brand, campaigns and content.</li>
<li>Experience managing digital projects, including website builds and CMS platforms such as Umbraco.</li>
<li>Understanding of SEO and paid media channels.</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets, scopes and project pipelines.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with senior client stakeholders.</li>
<li>Clear and structured communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating creative, strategy and technical teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll get in return for your experience</strong><br />This Account Director role offers a salary of £50,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and level of readiness for the role. You’ll receive 25 days’ holiday plus your birthday off, with additional holiday increasing with tenure. Benefits include a £500 annual training allowance, wellness support, pension and a Headspace subscription. You’ll also have the option to work from anywhere for one week per year. The role is hybrid, with three days per week based in a Bristol studio. Reasonable adjustments and accommodations can be discussed to support individual needs.</p>
