You'll work closely with other team members as part of a broader campaign strategy, with your focus being on technical SEO. Keeping ahead of trends, putting together client strategy, understanding new opportunities for growth - there are so many opportunities here to grow your skill set from day one.  Jumping into more detail on your day to day - you'll focus on technical site audits (on and off page), carrying out competitor analysis, link auditing and keyword research. Or working on retention strategies through effective email marketing communications, using segmentation and A/B testing to constantly improve ROI. What experience you'll need Have worked end-to-end on an eCommerce site with a track record of delivering strong growth. Could either be as an eCommerce Manager, or an agency side Account Manager who has partnered with eCommerce brands. What you’ll be doing Whilst the role oversees all digital assets and marketing across the business, the majority of your time will be spent on our multi-channel eCommerce business.  You will be tasked with continuing growth and profitability by driving online sales across two brand websites, current marketplaces and through creating a marketplace development strategy.  For their other two brands, strategical input and oversight will be required but day to day activity and agency management will be delivered by one of your direct reports and other members of the team. In total, you will have four direct reports –eCommerce Manager, Content Marketing Executive, PPC Executive and Customer Services Manager. You will also work closely with other areas of the company, including production / stock management, product development and IT. Additionally you will have overall ownership of external agencies.
