    Technical Product Owner

    Brand new role to own and evolve the Product suite of a specialist eCommerce consultancy. Work with exciting lifestyle brands on a large scale. Blend of product strategy and delivery, relieving the Operations Director & MD of the 'product' hat. This is a brand new role for an experienced Product Owner to join an eCommerce consultancy that are growing from strength to strength. They're clear market leaders in their space and have ambitious growth plans - this is where you come in to help drive that forward as their first Technical Product Owner.  What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Operations Director you will be the first Product person brought in - and will be trusted with taking their proposition forward from (very) solid foundations. This will be an end-to-end product management role with a healthy blend of product strategy / discovery work as well as Agile delivery work. From day to day, then, your activities will be varied -  from owning and managing the product roadmap to spotting opportunities to improve the functionality and drive revenue growth, from prioritising features or software updates to acting as the glue between all internal business functions required to successfully ship software updates frequently. This start-up have already made waves within the US market and are launching in to European markets and they have responsibility for their clients entire eCommerce journey. With their existing clients scaling through to a strong pipeline of new clients to onboard there will be lots of work to get stuck into from the get go!  What experience you’ll need You will bring experience working as a Technical Product Owner/ Product Owner currently within eCommerce. Shopfiy experience is essential.   You will know your way around processes and implementing governance. Ability to translate product concepts and ideas into functional requirements.  Agile experience.  Experience in working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.  Strong interest/ exposure to strategic product development. You'll have very strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and to navigate parent-company dynamics effectively. You'll have strong commercial and strategic skills to compliment your technical product skills and have a strong track record of driving commercial performance across products under your remit.     eCommerce Assistant

We’re looking for a German speaking eCommerce Assistant to join a highly esteemed outdoor and adventure brand who are continuing to grow from strength to strength. Based just outside Bristol, this business have some very exciting plans on the cards so it’s the perfect time to get on board. What you’ll be doing As eCommerce Assistant your role will focus on the translation of product and marketing content as well as populating and maintaining product listings on eCommerce sales channels. So, you’ll need to be as adept at juggling spreadsheets as writing engaging copy. You’ll also play a supporting role in servicing phone calls, email, live chat, order processing and fulfilment to help the German territory team at peak times. This is a creative, dynamic role within the eCommerce team - you’ll need to work autonomously and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once in order to produce high-quality content to tight deadlines. What experience you’ll need Fluent in German – this is absolutely essential. Ideally you’ll come from an eCommerce background or sports focused business, but this is not vital. An interest in outdoors/sports would be very beneficial. First rate written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong project management/time management skills. What you’ll get in return for your talents Salary will entirely depend on experience, but will be in the region of £20-25k. Using a combination of online merchandising, content management and analytical skills, you'll be responsible for driving revenue through the website for specified product categories. What you’ll be doing  As the eCommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing the eCommerce D2C merchandising strategy across multiple brands and categories through the assortment, pricing, and promotion of merchandise. The ideal candidate has a strong eCommerce merchandising background with a blend of analytical and creative skills.  This role requires forging effective partnerships with Brand and Marketing teams to continually develop new strategies for growing the direct to consumer (D2C) eCommerce business.  You will be joining a team responsible for multi-brand and multi-lingual website in a fast-paced environment, where a proactive and reactive approach is critical to the success of the role.  What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in a similar online merchandising or eCommerce content role.   Strong analytical ability, confident managing spreadsheets and using this to handle data. Experience of using analytics tools to identify trends and take appropriate actions, i.e. Google Analytics.   Compute software proficiency (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how eCommerce Merchandising impacts online turnover. Self-motivated with the ability to identify problems and demonstrate use of initiative. Basic HTML knowledge is preferred.  Strong organisation and time-management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. The largest independent brand in the UK for their market is looking to add to their thriving eCommerce function. They’re searching for a Marketplaces Trading Manager to take ownership of growing their extremely successful B2C marketplaces channels. With an already established presence in this area, it’s a great opportunity for a Marketplaces expert wanting to work at scale for a well-known brand.   What you’ll be doing You will manage and develop a small but talented multi-lingual team, ensuring they perform at the highest possible level, meeting and exceeding sales targets and hitting KPIs. You’ll work closely with the trading analyst and product team in order to broaden the product mix and improve listing quality, taking the offering to the next level. You’ll also work in tandem with the paid search team, ensuring PPC is consistent across all channels, helping to create and optimise Marketplaces paid search campaigns and improve overall ad performance. What experience you’ll need You will have advanced knowledge and understanding of marketplaces (primarily Amazon), including branding, commercial planning, marketing, and operations. Unique product range.  Creative & innovative environment A multichannel retailer in Devon is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to join their established team.  What you’ll be doing  You will be responsible for the presentation, usability and performance of a B2C website, ensuring user experience is continually improved and revenue targets are exceeded, whilst delivering a consistent brand experience.   Product presentation, navigation, information & inspirational content are all key components and will require a keen eye for both commercial attributes and UX. Measuring and understanding user behaviour, traffic sources and customer lifecycle will be essential in building incremental results, using data and testing to validate decisions.  What experience you’ll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end. Significant experience of CRO and online merchandising.  Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
