Communications Manager/ Copywriter FTC

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great Client of ours, an established financial services organization with offices in central Bristol. The successful postholder will develop and execute creative communication plans and strategies in line with wider business’ objectives. This vacancy will have an emphasis on IFA communications. This role is a 12 months FTC with a possibility of extension.

What you’ll be doing

The postholder will report into one of the Senior Communications Manager and they will work closely with other colleagues from a wider comms team as well as other departments. This role will focus on content creation and copywriting for several channels such as print, digital and multimedia. The successful candidate will have to stay on top of latest industry news and trends to creative engaging comms within that subject matter and tailor messages accordingly to specific target audiences. Naturally, it’ll be essential to assure that all outputs are matching the correct brand guidelines and tone of voice as well as continuously monitoring the effectiveness of comms efforts.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Previous communications/ content creation experience gained from financial services or another, similar regulated industry. We are especially interested in speaking to candidates who have previously worked with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).
• Outstanding copywriting skills for a range of outputs.
• Detailed understanding of savings, investments, advisory and wealth management industry.
• Ability to confidently copyright for different, niche audiences.
