As the PR/Marketing Communications Manager for our client’s agency, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for shaping and delivering impactful PR and communication strategies. Your role will involve creating and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, enhance the agency’s reputation, and engage audiences across various channels. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in ensuring the agency remains a driving force within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with the agency’s goals and objectives.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight the agency’s projects, innovations, and thought leadership.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in PR and communications, preferably within a creative agency or related industry.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong media relations skills and a track record of securing high-quality coverage.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for PR purposes.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in crisis management is a plus.
