Join a leading ed-tech company with a global reach, dedicated to making learning accessible and engaging for students, in a Senior Product Owner position.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Product Owner, you will report to the Head of Product. Your role will involve defining, prioritising, and delivering product features that align with strategic goals. You will gain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technology, collaborating with engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Define and prioritise product features, aligning them with company goals and user needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Agile Development: Run sprints, define requirements, and work with the UI designer to refine product features.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Simplify user feedback, collaborating with internal teams for effective product development.
  • Feature Development: Focus on greenfield features, leveraging our user community to drive innovation.

What Experience You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner in a complex software environment.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Ed-tech experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, handling multiple roles.
  • Technical background with an understanding of relevant technologies and infrastructure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Beneficial UX experience.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for end-users.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean product development methodologies.

What You’ll Get in Return for Your Talents
A competitive salary is on offer up to £75k along with a generous benefits package, including an annual company bonus. This role is predominantly remote, but you will need to be within a commutable distance to Bristol for face-to-face meetings. There are also travel opportunities to the US to meet clients, should you want to, but this is not essential.
