One of the leading Paid Search agencies in the South-West is growing once again! A new role in the team, the Programmatic Executive will focus on delivering best-in-class digital advertising campaigns across display and programmatic. With a cracking culture and excellent training, this is a hugely exciting agency to join in the area. 

What youll be doing

Programmatic and Display are core areas for the business, so there will be a wide array of growing accounts to sink your teeth into from day one. Youll implement, manage and optimise biddable media campaigns, either with support or independently, tied in with the size of each project and your level of experience. 

The real plus here is aside from the day to day implementation, youll get involved with clients from day one. Being able to understand their challenges directly and outline a solution oriented approach to each hurdle. As you become more experienced, youll get the chance to train more junior members of the team and contribute to business development. 

What experience youll need

  • In an ideal world you'll have previous experience working on display or programmatic campaigns built up within an agency environment (although in-house experience should be fine). 
  • Strong understanding of the mechanics of successful digital display campaigns and a desire to develop your skills and become a true expert.
  • Exposure to DoubleClick, digital media planning or DSPs / the broader world of AdOps (ad operations) would help you hit the ground running. 
  • The main thing here is that you are bright, eager to learn, passionate about digital campaigns and have at least a grounding in this world - we can teach the rest!

    Account Executive

We are partnering with this agency in searching for an impressive Account Executive with passion and drive to join one of Gloucestershires top agencies. If youre an Account Executive with some agency experience (ideally on the DM/CRM side), even if its on the internship side, we would love to hear from you! This role is based just outside Cirencester, so you will need to be able to drive out to the site. What youll be doing You will be working to support two SAMs with their own portfolios, working closely with each to create and deliver account solutions. You will have a strong attention to detail, willingness to do what is needed to create solutions, deliver exception output and take responsibility for seamless on the ground administration of projects through project management skills.  Youll be working predominantly with B2B clients, although there will be some B2C in there too. You will be a key link between the agency and clients, managing relationships and ensuring smooth relationships. To do this, you will work to understand the clients needs and objectives and liaise with them closely and regularly throughout campaigns, managing the administrative and campaign with to ensure project are completed on time and on budget What experience youll need Some agency side experience, whether from a previous AE role or from internships within an agency. Knowledge of direct marketing principles, including CRM, database marketing and a good knowledge of email campaigns. Youll have the ability to build relationships with ease and youll keep a cool head under pressure.
