You’ll be joining this business at a time of significant transformation and therefore you’ll need to be able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a supporting role to internal and external comms, as well as dabbling in some tasks related to change comms, as this is a big focus for this organisation right now. However, there’s no forgetting the business as usual tasks, which is where you will come in to help keep this ticking over. There will be huge variety from managing the press office, to preparing internal presentations, cascades, writing articles for the intranet, and other ad-hoc tasks. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a fast-paced environment previously and be adaptable to change!

What experience you’ll need

  • Experience in a generalist comms position (both internal and external)
  • Experience across multiple channels and communicating to a range of audiences
  • Ability to start almost immediately

What you’ll be doing You’ll work on a combination of national and localised SEO campaigns, starting by formulating SEO strategies for the agency and each client based on their overall objectives. You’ll also need to run A/B split and mutli-variate testing on both the agency and client’s websites to consistently optimise onsite user journeys.
