Comms Manager (6 mo FTC)
— FTSE Business
- Opportunity to work for a FTSE Business.
- Varied and exciting role during a time of significant change within the business.
- Very friendly team to be joining.
An opportunity has reared its head in the form of a 6 months (min) FTC with one of Bristol’s most successful FTSE organisations. This is the chance to apply your varied comms skills across press, internal, external, and elements of change comms! You’ll be joining this business at a time of significant transformation and therefore you’ll need to be able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a supporting role to internal and external comms, as well as dabbling in some tasks related to change comms, as this is a big focus for this organisation right now. However, there’s no forgetting the business as usual tasks, which is where you will come in to help keep this ticking over. There will be huge variety from managing the press office, to preparing internal presentations, cascades, writing articles for the intranet, and other ad-hoc tasks. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a fast-paced environment previously and be adaptable to change!
What experience you’ll need
- Experience in a generalist comms position (both internal and external)
- Experience across multiple channels and communicating to a range of audiences
- Ability to start almost immediately
- Strong stakeholder management skills
What you’ll get in return for your experience
There’s a competitive package on offer here, and this can be discussed at application stage. This is also a great opportunity to gain exposure in an exciting and interesting business which is very well regarded.
