A hugely popular Bristol business is on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join the team on a 9-12 month contract basis. This is a role that will need someone in post for an August start, due to a handover period.
What you'll be doing
This organisation welcomes over 9.2m customers per year, with no signs of decline given the investment into customer experience, and products and services offering. As part of a strategy to become more even more digitally inclined, you will be managing day to day tasks throughout this contract period, whilst also supporting the development of the CRM across multiple channels (e.g. email, DM, web, and potentially app). There is a real focus on increasing customer loyalty for this organisation, and so you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of driving and improving this, as well as data capture onsite through the deployment of various testing methods. Your core focus will be two products which are significant revenue streams for this organisation. There's scope for the development of an app which is at very initial stage, so you may well have the opportunity to look at in-app messaging and push notification. It would therefore be handy if you have previous experience across applications.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Demonstrable CRM experience across multiple channels (online and offline).
- Able to start the role in September and be free throughout the 9-12 month contract.
- Excellent understanding of the customer journey and conversion rate optimisation.
- A/B testing experience.
