Creative Partner (Brand Engagement & Communications)

This agency start-up is backed by a hugely experienced and respected management team, who are looking for a Creative Partner to grow their creative offering that’s immersed in brand engagement and communications!

What you'll be doing

As Creative Partner, you’ll be joining a fast-growing agency with the backing of a respected industry leadership team. With an established portfolio of big name brands already on board, you’ll be working closely with the Director to lead on creative and build a roster of designers and creative copywriters to think up and execute engaging work for their clients.

The agency specialise in brand building, creating value propositions, campaigns and communications across large scale organisations internal audiences. Channels vary greatly from digitally led campaigns, brand development, research and proposition building, events and roadshows through integrated communications.

As a business they have a real partnership mentality, with more long-term contracts than quick win projects, so it’s all about building relationships, continuing to create powerful messages and finding new ways to connect with brand audiences through creative concepts.

Due to the start-up environment, you’ll be as happy leading on creative and overseeing content, as you are getting stuck in to see the next project through to execution.

You could an existing Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or a Senior Creative from a Copy or Art Direction background to be considered for this one.
 

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Experience as a CD, ACD, or Senior Creative.
  • Agency exp a must; employee engagement sector a bonus.
  • An integrated portfolio, including campaign and brand.
  • Ideas-led, from an Art Direction or Copy background.
  • A natural when it comes to client-facing communications, previous involvement in design workshops, and presenting ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial, eager to help drive forward creative in a start-up environment.

What you'll get in return for your experience
There’s a salary of up to £60k on offer, with potential future equity in the business. In addition to this, you’ll benefit from unlimited holiday, flexible / remote working, part time / full time hours.

      Join a fast-moving start-up with great progression opportunities. Work alongside an experienced Senior UX Designer. Enjoy remote working, with some office based work each week. We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join an entrepreneurial product team in Wiltshire. Remote working is on offer but some office based work will be required, preferably 2 days a week. What you’ll be doing In this role you’ll join a small but growing team of technical experts designing web and native applications. This is an exciting time to join; the product is already in use and some major new customers have been acquired leading to millions in revenue. Up until recently design and development has been outsourced to get the product in good shape but now real investment is going into building an in-house team. The Junior Digital Designer will report into the newly appointed Senior UX designer and support on the creation of user interface designs for mobile, web, social media assets and emails. As well as high fidelity design you’ll aid in the creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes for new design solutions.  As part of a tight knit product team you’ll work alongside a product owner, some experienced developers and QA specialists also. This is a supporting role but has great scope for progression as the team and product matures. If you bring a willingness to learn, ambition and a passion for digital you’ll go far. Start-up is fast paced and a great environment for a quick learner who has passion and drive in abundance. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a world class product and learn and develop key skills in digital and UX along the way. What you’ll need to be considered Some commercial experience working in a digital design or UX Design position. A portfolio of digital designs that include user interfaces for web and mobile, email campaigns and social media. Experience of wireframing, prototyping and storyboarding beneficial. Any experience of working Agile beneficial. Confident with an array of modern design tools; in particular Adobe CC and Figma. A self-starter, able to work with little guidance when needed. Passionate about digital in and outside of work.
