Here is a rare opportunity in the heart of Bristol for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a fantastic tech company in a Part-Time role.  This is a 3 day a week role which can be worked in either consecutive days, or reduced hours for all five days.  This is an established brand with a great product and an exciting time as they now look to break in to the FS marketplace; with funding behind them to support their explosive growth, you couldn't be joining at a better time.

What you'll be doing

The brand is already well known within a particular vertical market, it's your job to continue that great work by helping them break in to Financial Services clients where they have already started making some headway.  Targeting an International marketplace you will tweak and amend the existing messaging framework and make it more appropriate for a corporate FS market. 

You will be accountable for the FS communication plan and will have a PR agency at hand to help you, there will be plenty of events to plan and manage, ensuring each one is set up and has relevant collateral to hand.  This is a broad role where you will work across digital and offline channels to create multichannel lead generation campaigns and bringing enquiries in to the sales team. 

Content is key in these kinds of roles, and you will proof read case studies, blogs and whitepapers before they're published on the website and pushed out across social.  You will be the office guru on the Financial Services market, showing an understanding of opportunities, relevant publications, websites they should advertise on, breakfast, networking and corporate events where the target customers will be attending, anything that can create opportunities to introduce the business and their products. 

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Must have proven experience within a B2B Marketing role
  • You will have worked in either Tech/IT or FS (B2B FS) previously
  • Broad experience across the marketing mix
  • Some events management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ideally a relevant marketing degree or professional qualification such as CIM
