A well-established and successful digital agency in Bristol are on the lookout for an experienced Bid Manager to join the team you’ll be working with clients in the tech for good and NFP sector across the UK, US and Europe where you will be involved in a huge variety of tender processes in terms of size, timeframe and complexity.

What you’ll be doing 

Working closely with the Business Development Director, you will maximise the bids opportunities effectively across the team. The two main sectors that you’ll be looking at will be public sector and not for profit. This is an end to end role where you will take ownership of the entire bid process, managing opportunity from qualification through to contract award, value proposition, strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations and risk management. The size and nature of projects will vary in shape and size, but they will be technical and complex – so lots to get stuck in to from day one.

What experience you’ll need

  • Demonstrable experience in Bid Manager role. 

  • Experience of working within public sector or ideally a digital agency.

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Attention to detail. 

  • Proposal experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, if not an agency something similar.
