Here is an exceptional opportunity to join a consumer business in Somerset as their new Product Manager.  This is a really exciting time for the business, with new product lines being developed, and a new brand to be launched within the UK, there is a lot going on and a lot for you to be involved in.  With a flat management structure, and a truly great culture, you'll have some great aesthetic products to work with and to deliver to market. 

What you'll be doing

You will introduce, develop and drive all product developments and initiatives within a specific sector.  Working across all of the European offices you will become the product expert across the wider group, establishing relationships, sharing knowledge and delivering market leading products.

With a strong strategy in place, and a clear understanding of customer/competitor analysis, you'll be launching not only new product lines, but also a new brand to the UK marketplace.  This will be a fast paced environment, but there is plenty of support and a huge amount of knowledge within the team, the culture will be hard to beat.  Your responsibility will also include pricing, positioning, and working with Marketing on how to communicate the key messages across the market.

As well as utilising your full product lifecycle experience, you'll manage key relationships with merchants and high street retailers on a regular basis.  As with most roles at this level there will be some International travel required, but on the flip side it's an adult and trusting environment where flexible working will be considered.  These really are truly great products to work with, and you'll have a lot of autonomy and trust to deliver the results, this would be a great step up for any experienced Product Manager!
