What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will take the lead for integrated digital campaigns and the content marketing strategy and execution, with emphasis on SEO enriched copy, social media, website copy, setting up paid media campaigns (i.e. Google AdWords and Facebook ads), email campaigns and website analytics. This is the perfect role for those who want a broad but all-encompassing digital marketing role.

This role will combine online acquisition campagins, shouting about the charity's services and working to on board new customers.  You will also use regular email campaigns and newsletters for ongoing customer messaging and retention.  You will be the primary lead for day to day website management including creating, updating and publishing web pages.  There will be requirements for original copy to be created which you will optimise for SEO.  You will need a bit of a commercial and analytical head on you as well, with a requirement to report on campaign successes, track and analyse web traffic and look at click and engagement rates.  

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Ideally experience in B2C marketing
  • Good broad digital marketing experience across a number of channels
  • Experience managing a website using a CMS
  • Strong content/copywriting skills
  • Some experience of working on paid campaigns
  • Social media management experience
