Agile / Digital Business Analyst

What youll be doing?

Reporting directly into the CTO, youll be the bridge between Product and Project. By this we mean that youll have the overall responsibility for ensuring that all new product features moving in to development are prioritised effectively against user insight, youll be responsible for ensuring that the roadmap is communicated properly to the wider business and that all work coming in to the Development team is well estimated and scheduled. As youd expect of a modern software environment, were looking at an Agile way of working here - so youll be responsible for traditional Agile BA lifecycle events like preparing user stories, epics, business cases and more. On top of your hands-on business analysis responsibilities - conducting stakeholder interviews, business process modelling, presenting requirements solutions back in to the wider business - youll be playing a leading role in business analysis as a function for the company, ensuring all the right processes and quality standards are in place for how the business conducts business analysis activities. 

What experience that youll need

  • The big thing here is that you are an experienced Business Analyst with experience of working in a Digital environment - ideally building digital products (mobile, web, apps) in a full SDLC environment. 
  • Youll have a track record of working in an Agile environment - ideally Scrum. 
  • Its likely youll have around 5 years under your belt in terms of Digital Business analysis experience - but really it will be about the relevancy of your career to date as opposed to ‘time in service.
  • Youll be an exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, strengths in presenting solutions back to colleagues and eliciting requirements through conducting interviews. 
  • Youll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will have a flexible and pragmatic approach.

The role will involve managing both public and private sector accounts and project managing campaigns. The perfect candidate will have existing agency experience, is highly organised, has meticulous attention to detail and is used to handling multiple projects at once. They will also have great customer servicing skills and ensure that projects are run smoothly, efficiently and successfully so our clients love working with us. What experience youll need Experience in a marketing agency. Ability to handle multiple accounts at one time. Youll need to have experience of account handling in an agency environment whether thats an integrated agency, advertising agency, digital agency or a media agency we want to hear from you. Campaign management and delivery across traditional advertising will support the delivery of the wider integration piece. Digital media experience would be the icing on the cake- specifically PPC and programmatic.
