One of Bristol's most successful digital organisations operating within the affiliate and search space, are now on the lookout for an experienced eCRM analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
What you'll be doing
You will be based in the Communications team, working very collaboratively to interrogate campaign data, review customer segmentation, and use insights to make quality recommendations that will feed into the communications strategy, positively impacting on this organisation's 8+ million global base.
This is an incredibly varied role that will allow the successful candidate to help shape the comms strategy, and take ownership of a crucial part of the business.
What experience you'll need to apply
You'll have vast experience in an email marketing/eCRM function, as well as the following:
- An understanding of campaign delivery
- Experience in market/customer segmentation
- Understanding of marketing automation
- The ability to work independently and under own initiative
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience using Tableau (desired)
