Digital Performance Analyst

— Fantastic Consumer Brand

Salary: £Competitive
Location: Bristol
Type: Permanent
Ref: 9300

Description

  • Lovely Recognised Brand.
  • Fantastic Career Progression Opportunities.
  • Beautiful Modern Offices in the Centre of Bristol.

One of Bristol's loveliest businesses in the financial services industry are now looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity that has come from growth of the business and investment into data and insight. You'll instantly feel at home here in their beautiful newly built offices right in the heart of central Bristol.

What you'll be doing?

Where to start! This job is packed full of variety so would be perfect for those who love to be busy and not stuck on the same thing. You'll be sat in the wider Insight function but will work very closely with Digital, Finance, Brand, and Telephony. Essentially, other areas of the business will look to you to analyse data specific to their remit, for example it might be conversion rates across the Life Insurance products, and use this to devise tailored KPIs/metrics, and derive actionable insights. You'll be working with individuals who aren't as data minded so you will need to be able to communicate complex information in an easy to understand way, and be able to draw up commercial recommendations. To do this well, you'll ideally have an understanding across tools used in conversion rate optimisation (AB/MVT testing) as well as components of digital marketing (e.g. paid social, PPC, SEO). We're not expecting you to be a digital expert - we just need you to understand how all of this feeds into data and insight.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Understanding of Google Analytics, as well as data visualisation tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent)
  • Strong data analysis skills: Excel is essential; SQL is a huge bonus!
  • Solid communication skills
  • Team player mentality

What you'll get in return for your experience

You'll be rewarded with a very generous salary and benefits package comprising of private medical insurance, a performance related bonus, market leading pension contributions, and the opportunity to work in beautiful offices. Staff wellbeing is huge on this company's agenda - you'll be really looked after here!
