If you’re an experienced performance marketer with a background in eCommerce, this could be the right opportunity for you. This well-known retailer is looking for a bright individual to drive their online performance within key markets and across multiple commercial platforms. The purpose of this role is to manage our digital marketing channels, including building campaigns, executing strategy, managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on performance.

What you’ll be doing

As the performance marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing all digital marketing activities across Organic Search, Paid Search, Affiliate and Social Media advertising. You will manage budgets.

You will define budgets and monitor spend, ROI and CPA for all activities managed and steadily grow new customer acquisition and work with the wider marketing team to define customer segments.
You’ll be in charge of all email campaigns using automation platforms as well as uploading content onto the website using CMS platforms and using HTML and CSS for correct presentation of content where required.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will also be advising on strategic opportunities and new developments as well as forecasting and reporting on performance.

What experience you will need to apply

  • Proven track record in a performance marketing role and an understanding of eCommerce
  • Experienced in putting together marketing strategies and always willing to get their hands dirty and do the doing!
  • Experience managing a marketing budget
  • Someone commercially orientated – your driven by data and excited by results
  • Knowledge of Magento, HTML/CSS knowledge and email automation platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Thrives when problem-solving and coming up with creative solutions
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Someone committed to team and individual goals
  • A passion for homeware or interior design
