We are looking for a Digital Communications Executive to join a leading professional services firm in which this role has come about due to growth. You will play a key role in explaining their work and promoting their culture, values and people across external and internal channels. If you are a Digital Marketing Executive or Social Media specialist then this could be a great next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing

Within this role you will work closely with the Internal Communications Lead and other wider teams to support the development and delivery of the employer brand strategy and create multi-channelled content (both written and visual) and campaigns and then project manage these through implementation to analysis and reporting.

You will have full responsibility for the company’s social media present making sure you track and suggest changes and improvements based on the results. You’ll also support the delivery of internal communications to deliver key messages to colleagues and build a network of stakeholders across the business to identify and share a variety of good news stories, blogs and articles and marketing content that promotes our people and engage our internal audiences.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a digital marketing or social media specific role
  • Degree educated would be desirable
  • Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns
  • Experience using WordPress or other CMS would be desirable
  • Creativity and proactiveness – having the ability to take a brief and develop this concept
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
