I am now supporting a great Client of mine, global eCommerce brand with recruitment for a Retention Strategy Manager.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Head of CRM and will work closely with a wider CRM and Data team. The purpose of this role will be to develop and implement a customer retention strategy containing of a series of comms, propositions and experiences aimed at existing customers with an intention of them becoming engaged, high value customers. This will be achieved by understanding the purchasing behaviours and responding to them with targeted content. Another big part of the role will be to deliver a new loyalty programme rewarding those who repeat purchase. In order to be successful in this role the postholder will have to work closely with “channel owners” such as experts in Email, Paid and Social as well as the Data team.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience working in a role that had an emphasis on CRM preferably within retention or loyalty.
  • Ability to plan multichannel, digital customer journeys.
  • Solid understanding of automated email campaigns.
  • Proven project management experience.
