What experience you’ll need

What you’ll be doing

You will be joining a very talented and supportive team of developers in Bath who are working on a brilliant AI application that will help organisations help their employees around the world. You’ll be coding in JavaScript and/or Python as well as others on a daily basis, but also you will be learning these languages inside and out as well as other tools and technologies. You’ll be developing various parts of the system, running tests, integrating with the cloud and taking part in weekly stand-ups. Also you will have the chance to research other technologies that might benefit the tech stack, you will be free to make any suggestions as a valued member of the team. There is access to lots of training resources, so a lot of your job to start with may be learning, turning you into a polyglot developer who can switch between multiple languages, giving you an environment you can really thrive in.
