Top digital product specialists are looking to bring in a Head of Technology to add to their team of technical experts. With the recent appointment of a new Managing Director, they’re now looking for a technology leader to join their management team and help to write their next chapter.
Use of some/all of the following technologies would be highly preferable:
- Cloud: AWS, Terraform.
- Data: MySQL, Solr.
- Test: Jest (unit/integration/snapshots). Cypress/Nightwatch.
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHubActions.
- Other: Git, Scrum, Caching, Yarn/Npm
- PM: Jira/Confluence/Agile
What you'll be doing
As Head of Technology, you will lead a team of 20 highly talented technical experts consisting of developers, architects, product owners and software engineers. When it comes to technical abilities, they really do punch above their weight - they boast an exceptional depth of capability and experience across their tech stack that is recognised and respected by their clients and technology partners. You’ll have ownership of their technology strategy from product development and talent acquisition through to emerging technologies and partnerships. You will have the support and investment of the business to develop a technology capability unmatched in the industry.
