Here is an opportunity for a customer focused Analytics Manager to join a successful team within the luxury retail space. This brand is investing massively in their customer analytics, in unlocking the value of customer data from various sources such as CRM, transactions, and the online customer journey. As an all-encompassing analytics role, this will require you to have come from a retail/eCommerce background and have a good understanding of working within an environment with huge amounts of data coming from a number of different sources. The brand prides itself on creating a truly unique customer experience, and so your hard work will continually feed into building and improving on this goal.
What you’ll be doing
As this role is so integral to many areas of the business, you will be working across multiple teams to understand their requirements relating to analytics, as well as challenges/business priorities such as customer retention. A big focus of the role will be improving the Salesforce CRM system, continually suggesting ways to improve its capabilities, and looking at ways of integrating additional data sources for more extensive and streamlined access to data. There will also be opportunities to work closely with the insight team on market research, competitor analysis, NPS, and market intelligence.
What experience you’ll need to apply for the role
- Extensive analytics experience within a customer environment (e.g. retail or eCommerce)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using CRM systems – ideally Salesforce
- Statistical modelling and forecasting experience using R or Python ideally
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work with large data sets
