Exciting contract engagement with a global technology giant. They are looking for a Lead Developer with a background in: Ionic, TypeScript and Serverless Cloud Computing (AWS). An opportunity to work on high-profile and progressive project, that will add significant value to any career profile.

What you'll be doing

Leading a team using Ionic to develop an iOS mobile application, an app that will be used by millions daily throughout the UK. This opportunity is based in Birmingham on client site: Tuesday - through to - Thursday, with Monday and Friday allowing for remote working.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • You will have significant JavaScript Development experience (TypeScript).
  • Programming experience within Serverless Cloud Computing (the AWS stack).
  • Commercial Ionic exposure, with a strong background in mobile.
  • You will be a Lead Developer, capable of leading junior developers, while possessing a good understanding of the back-end and front-end development life-cycle.

What you'll get in return for your talents

A day rate of up to £550 p/day (But all quotes from exceptional candidates will be considered).

You will advise clients on technical concepts in a way that they are able to understand and present your findings through reports, public speaking and data visualisation. Another part of your role will be to research new products, tools and techniques that allow you to streamline internal processes. As a company that ensures they are at the forefront of digital, you will have the opportunity to design and implement AI, robotics and machine learning to assist their clients to solve real life issues.
