We are excited to be working with Out of Step, one of the UKs leading distribution agencies of apparel & lifestyle products for brands such as Afends, HUF & PolerStuff, who provide a full-service programme of DTC eComm, Sales & Marketing.
We are seeking a talented eCommerce Assistant who has fantastic knowledge and a good understanding of the world of eCommerce for the development and ongoing optimisation of the Out of Step retail brand portfolio and associated sites.
What you’ll be doing
As the eCommerce assistant, you will be responsible for updating stock and inventory across all platforms as well as working with internal creative teams to update banners, build landing pages and creating promotion to make sure the website is up to date.
You’ll also monitor paid advertising and report back on the ad and sales performance whilst offering suggestions of how things could be improved. You will also track shoppers buying habits and journeys and constantly provide ideas of how to optimise these.

This role is offering a salary between £22-26k, hybrid working with free on-site parking, a monthly clothing allowance, 28 Days Holiday Plus 6 paid annual admin days, pension and an employee discount.

What skills you’ll need to apply
- At least one years’ experience within eCommerce or a similar digital marketing role
- Previous experience of managing products & inventories
- A good understanding of SEO
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Previous experience of using Google Analytics
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
- A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
- An interest in apparel & lifestyle products – ideally streetwear
