Join a company who have been growing for the last few years and have no plans to stop!  They are revamping their insight landscape and expanding their analytics and reporting areas and you’ll be right at the forefront of this team.

What you’ll be doing
An opportunity to expand your management experience to a team of 10. The team ranges from junior people you can mentor, to strong individuals who can help you! It is a great opportunity for someone hoping to remain hands on but also grow as a manager.

You’ll be working closely with management and development of your team alongside daily tasks around reporting and change within the business. You’ll get the opportunity to evolve the reporting, MI and Insight areas and bring in some ideas to better efficiency throughout.

Most importantly, you’ll be able to lead the implementation of new frameworks and work with various individuals from junior up to board level and department heads to drive cultural change.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience leading a technical team
• Experience leading and managing change
• Minimum of two years as a manager
• Strong SQL Experience
• Strong PowerBI experience
• Knowledge of R or Tableau

What you’ll get in return for your experience  
A base salary of up to £65,000 plus package!
