What youll be doing
 
Throughout ADLIBs 16 years weve immersed ourselves into the creative industries, adapted, developed and grown to ensure our service offering supports the changing face of our clients' environments both agency and client side. Typically the team recruit anything from artworkers, designers, copywriters through to art directors and creative directors within online, offline and integrated environments.
 
In line with this were ready to embrace further growth across the creative market presence driven by proactive, talented recruiters. Incredibly well established across the South West and recognised by creative, marketing and digital agencies, along with SMEs, scale ups and corporate brands as the go to creative recruitment business.
 
We've recently moved offices and are now ready to recruit for additional recruitment consultants, the key is matching our ethics, ambition and commitment to achieving the next stage of growth.
 
What experience youll need
 
  • A successful track record in recruitment goes without saying. We want to hear from recruiters, recruitment consultants, call them what you like, who share our behaviours and bring a genuine interest and understanding of the creative industries.
  • Youll have impeccable communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy winning business and creating opportunities for the short and long term.

An outstanding portfolio of commercial Packaging designs (Ideally food/beverage/homecare). The portfolio should also highlight your process/rationale.  Strong typographical skills. Be flexible in your approach to design. An articulate pitcher and presenter. Confident managing projects end-to-end without guidance. Able to collaborate creatively, working with remote teams. As the name suggests your role will largely focus on the design aspects of product; you’ll collaborate with an internal and external network of research specialists taking customer insights to enhance existing features as well as develop new ones. In this role we need a keen problem solver not just a visual designer. As well as create polished visuals you’ll use research findings to define new information architecture and create wireframes and prototypes for testing. The main focus will be on the flagship IOS/Android app but the business is ambitious and looking to the future in many ways. You’ll support their vision of becoming an international brand, deliver new technologies like smart home services and work with innovations in sustainable technology. What experience you’ll need to apply A UI designer, interaction designer, digital product designer or UX Designer by trade. User centred in your approach; visual in the main but able to contribute to research and testing activities comfortably. Have worked with digital products and services including IOS or Android apps. Be excited by problem solving and genuinely interested in the latest technology. Comfortable communicating your design decisions and creative ideas to people from all backgrounds. Confident with modern industry standard design tools including those used for wireframing and prototyping.
