UX Researcher

This role is designed to bring research and test script writing to the fore of the design team… Where previously, the team has been reactive to user issues, your job will be to help predict and solve them, before they occur. Put your UX experience to the test and own the design process!

What you’ll be doing

You'll be working attentively with developers and a UX-trained design team. You’ll also be problem solving current usability issues and working towards future prevention.

Your focus will be spotting opportunities for re-design through user research and testing.  As well as remote user testing platforms, you’ll have the opportunity to invite users in-house to test UX face to face - ensuring all user profiles are the best they can be.

In this role, you'll have the chance to create and execute projects for both web and mobile. You'll be contributing to A/B tests, scheduling interviews and ensuring the outcomes are influencing design process.

The role would suit someone who has got great user research skills and wants to take their next commercial step in the world of UX -  As the UX Researcher, you'll also record user journeys by creating wireframes & prototyping and much more.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Can you produce solid, well-researched hypotheses around user issues?
  • Do you break your research down into user-first practical product solutions?
  • Have you got solid knowledge of design process, techniques and methodologies?
  • Are you used to close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders (product owners and developers)?
