Creative Artworker

This is an opportunity for an eager Junior Creative Designer to join a business on the outskirts of Bristol. You’ll be joining an established marketing and design studio to support this fantastic team with design solutions across the business.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting in to the marketing manager this is a brand new role supporting two existing designers and the wider marketing team with their creative output.

Your day-to-day will be varied as you’ll be getting involved in anything visual across the business from producing layouts for brochures, adverts for magazines, presentations, packaging, promotional material and digital campaigns.

When creating designs and artwork, you’ll be expected to take pride in your work with an attention to detail, staying true to company brand guidelines at all times.

You’re confident using all three adobe packages (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), producing artwork to be handed to external suppliers and ideally you’re familiar with writing some copy for digital channels in a commercial environment.

This is a chance to get your teeth in to a brand new role and continue to grow with a business.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least 6 months’ integrated design experience in a commercial design studio.
  • A portfolio full of examples of print and digital design work.
  • Experience taking designs through to artwork.
  • Familiar with print processes and liaising with printers.
  • Confident with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ideally some experience copywriting or creating content for digital channels.
  • An interest in interiors a plus.
