What you’ll be doing
You’ll be coming in to grow your career, having worked as an analyst and wanting the opportunity to step into a strong team in an evolving position. You’ll be working within the Client Insight team as someone who is looking to communicate with stakeholders, work on varied projects and immerse themselves into finding the ‘why’ behind the insights you are finding.

You’ll be pushing to make the most of customer data and the successful Insight Analyst will immerse themselves into the customer data. You’ll be curious to understand more about the patterns that you are seeing, and you’ll be presenting these findings back to senior stakeholders and managers in the business.

Your role would be varied, so no day will be the same, and you’ll have long-term, short-term and temporary projects to be able to understand more about the customer; the customer is the core of this business and you’ll be key in understanding how they think and what their approach would be to the organisation.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Excellent SQL Skills
• Experience of data visualisation using PowerBI or Tableau
• Bonus for experience with Python
• 1-3 years working within an insight/analyst role
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements from stakeholders
• Bonus for experience within a financial services company
