We’re looking for a talented 3D & 2D Motion Designer to join an agency based in Bristol. This is a brand-new role with huge opportunity, building upon their existing offering and leading on the agencies motion output.
What you’ll be doing
So far animation and 3D has been outsourced to freelancers and now the time has come to bring this skillset in-house, becoming a key part of the creative studio. The agency is a niche specialist but their creative output is very varied. They’re well known for pushing a creative brief and providing bold ideas to their clients – your job will be to take their motion offering to the next level.
Reporting into the Creative Director you’ll join a tight knit team of designers, artworkers, art directors and copywriting specialists. Producing original assets will be a key part of the role, along with creating slick animations. For the most part you’ll be modelling and producing motion work in 3D, but there will be a need to create 2D work too.
You’ll be actively involved from client brief, through storyboarding, asset creation, and final execution. With that in mind ideally you’ll have worked in a similar role within an agency environment pitching and presenting your ideas and taking briefs end-to-end.

What experience youll need to apply

- Skilled in 3D software; Cinema 4D, 3DS Max or similar.
- A portfolio full of animation / motion graphics projects (2D & 3D).
- Able to create animation assets from scratch.
- Able to manage your own time and workflow projects.
- Any video editing skills a bonus.
