This agency is home to around 40 people in creative, development, project management and client services. As a truly integrated team they deliver joined up thinking for projects in web design and build, social media, direct marketing, app design, campaign and other traditional print channels. Their output is around 60% digital with the rest being offline.
What you’ll be doing
Joining a creative team of 4 you’ll work alongside a talented Creative Director, deputy CD, artworker and another designer. Truly integrated in its approach the agency has an idea first, channel second mentality; you’ll work closely with the rest of the team to roll out ideas that make the best of digital as well as offline. The role will consist mostly of design but you’ll be supporting at concept stage too.
As for clients you’ll work mostly with Blue Chips; well-known brands trying to get a better understanding of their customers. Brands include big names in the hospitality sector, financial services, retail, education and the third sector to name a few.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- A portfolio of integrated creative projects
- Strong design ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace
- Some prior experience of concept development
