This is a unique Recruiter opportunity that has been created through the formalisation of our partnership with WomensTechJobs / WomensTechHub, whilst also supporting ADLIB's wider reaching initiatives to increase gender, social background, age as well as ethnic inclusivity and diversity within our clients' teams .

Not only will it increase diversity and inclusion across the south west's tech and data sectors, it will also play a vital role in supporting the wider business in meeting ambitious growth plans, whilst remaining true to the beliefs on which ADLIB was founded.
Having recently formalised our partnership with WomensTechJobs, youll be a vital component between the organisation and ADLIB, identifying and supporting candidates and opportunities that sit between the two parties and maximise the potential in front of us both. Youll build a name within its own right, trusted and supportive, in turn matching a wide reaching joint client base with talented people from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
Youll be the voice, spokesperson, advisor and supporter of ADLIB's diversity and inclusion activity. Youll enjoy working collaboratively within industry groups, networking, relationship building, presenting, informing and championing.
What experience youll need
