We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving the growth of our client’s business through customer campaigns. Our client is an online jewellery store that specialises in high-end vintage pieces, so this role is perfect for someone who has the desire to work within the luxury goods market.

After recently receiving venture capital backing, our client is focussing on improving and expanding the marketing team, offering an amazing opportunity for career development. This role is primarily focused on boosting brand awareness and driving traffic to the website via social media and email channels.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of the marketing team, you will be planning, writing and scheduling the communications plan across the brand using social media and email campaigns.

You will play a key part in the business to work collaboratively on overarching strategies, so the ideal candidate will be someone who is results orientated, likes to work within a team and has the confidence to bring new ideas to the table. You will also work closely with the photography team to make sure that the quality of creative pieces is consistent with the copy across all channels.

As part of this role, you will also be monitoring and reporting on social media and email performance to optimise campaigns and make changes where necessary. You will have support from the Marketing Manager to ensure that campaigns align with the overall brand strategy.

You will be expected to work strategically whilst remaining hands-on with implementing the marketing plan so you will need to be someone who is a self-starter, ambitious and keen to learn.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Previous track record in planning, writing and scheduling both social and email campaigns to deliver exceptional ROAS
  • Strong creative writing skills to deliver engaging copy
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team effectively
  • Comfortable analysing and reporting campaigns to make changes where necessary
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own time
  • Knowledge or interest of the jewellery/fashion industry is a bonus

What you’ll get in return for your experience 

This is a great role offering a salary between £25-28k depending on experience that includes Bupa healthcare, flexitime around core working hours, lovely centrally located office, as well as quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
